The house we rented had problems from the moment we arrived. The beds were very uncomfortable including the pillows, which made it hard to have a good night sleep and enjoy our vacation. Additionally, when we arrived, there was a broken screen, there was a broken banister that almost caused my five-year-old daughter to fall down the stairs, and the hot water stopped working on multiple occasions, forcing us to have to take cold showers.. This is the third time that we used Verbo and sweet vacations, and we never had a problem before with the other two houses in the same complex, they were wonderful.

The house is located inside a beautiful resort, with great amenities and a very clean, comfortable space. Everything was well organized and easy to use. The host gave clear instructions and was very helpful throughout our stay, making check-in and the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to return!
