Welcome to Golden Sunset, a bright resort villa with private pool overlooking serene conservation. This 6 bedroom home, with recently renovated kitchen, offers plenty of space for all of your family to enjoy an amazing vacation! Well located within the gated Resort of Terra Verde, it is just a short drive to all of the attractions, shops and restaurants that Central Florida has to offer!

The property features two spacious living areas; the primary is located at the rear with views out to the pool deck, furnished with comfortable leather sofas and large screen TV. The secondary, towards the front of the home, also furnished with leather sofas and large TV providing plenty of room for your family to spread out and relax.

The recently renovated kitchen features stunning granite countertops, some stainless steel appliances, and is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family! There is a breakfast table for a quick bite, or formal dining area to share a full meal together. That is when you are not dining alfresco on your beautiful sprawling pool deck!

The first master bedroom is located downstairs boasting a king-size bed, large walk-closet and generous ensuite with separate tub and shower. The second master bedroom, also with king bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom is located upstairs. There are two sophisticated queen bedrooms, plus two twin rooms the kids will love! The property has 5 full bathrooms with an additional ½ bath downstairs.

Outdoors, the home features a larger than average pool deck that looks to peaceful conservation land. There is a shady covered area with plenty of tables and chairs. There are also loungers to soak up the Florida sunshine around the large sparking pool.

High speed wifi and cable TV included. Washer and dryer available for guest use, as well as towels and linen provided.

The Terra Verde Resort is a stunning gated community located in the heart of Orlando and is surrounded by world class attractions. A one-time $25 pass will need to be purchased for parking over the length of your stay – the community is gated with 24hrs security.

There is a game room with an arcade, a child’s playground, a climbing rock, community pool with a large sundeck and chaise lounges, and a stocked up three acre fishing pond. There’s also a sunning beach volleyball, a half basketball court, an exercise facility, a terrace with lake views, and a small internet cafe. You can relax and recharge in the hot tub, detox from stress in the sauna, or unwind poolside with a beverage from the outdoor Tiki Bar.

When you’re ready to head out on an adventure you can hit the concierge desk for recommendations. Terra Verde is located only 4 miles away from Disney World, 15 miles from Universal Studios Orlando and 25 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. They’re 3 miles from the Osceola County Welcome Center and History Museum (which features interactive exhibits) as well as other attractions like Fun Spot America and Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament.
