Let me start off with the positive. Location, neihborhood and amenities at the clubhouse was super. Many activities for all ages. Now the negative. Communication was nonexistent. I was the one that needed to reach out for all the checkin information. I never received one response to the chat system from the management via the Vrbo chat. I was only able to communicate once to a member of management to let them know of all the issues we were having. Upon arrival there were many items that needed to be addressed. The main television was not working. Half the screen was blacked out. There was what looked like blood stains on many of the doors, walls and curtains. None of the advertised games in the so called game room were playable. All pool cues were broken, no balls for the fuse ball table. Air hockey table was inoperable and the dart board didnt have any darts. I let the management company know these details on the day of arrival. It took them two days to deliver the pool cues, darts and fuseball. The broken television was delivered the day before checkout, mind you we had a four night booking. And no cleaning crew ever showed up to clean the blood stains. I tried to reach out to the management daily via chat and phone. I also reached out to Vrbo and they tried as well but were never able to get a response. Ignoring simple legitimate guest requests is not a way hosts should be doing business. Need to do better.
