This home is located in a nice community. Professionally decorated, two-story single-family fully furnished and rental ready. All stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wood cabinets, 8 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, a game room, a huge kitchen, theater room, a two-car garage and loft area make this home the ideal luxury vacation rental property. Both king bed are located on the first floor, one of them has a private bathroom with a tub, separate shower and his and her sinks. The rest of the bedrooms are located on the second floor. The heated pool & spa offer the best outdoor vacation experience. Everything you need in a vacation home can be found in this fantastic home! If you have been considering a vacation home, this beautifully furnished home is in a prime location not far from Disney.

Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 72 degrees.
There are surveillance cameras outside of the property.

BBQ grill and Pool Heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed less than 7 days before arrival.

Five or six blinds missing, requested steam for the whirlpool did not get it, washer, and dryer dirty, carpet dirty upstairs and downstairs, socks found underneath the bed,Not enough light to take pictures of things that are damaged. I do have a lot of pictures.

I will be perfectly honest with you I never write a review and normally have no issues. In all my years of staying in Davenport fl in homes I am forced to write this! This property has been neglected for sometime. It desperately needs paint and care here is just some of the issues outside needing painting. Broken box springs, loose electrical outlets, patio door you can not see out it needs repair, pool area weeds throughout the patio pavers, pavers sunken in loose pavers, holes in pool screen, over hang from house plaster issues and missing tape, dryer does not shut off, dryer vent not hooked up, towel bars falling off. Hole in air hockey table, chair in family room useable. Tack strip exposed in master bedroom going to bathroom. Management company won’t talk on phone only through email and after reaching out explaining issues got a dear John letter back. The home is spacious.and could be really nice needs serious TLC. They should not rent this unit until they have time to address the issues.

Weekend Trip

Underwhelmed. Property was “ok” for the price. Didn’t disclose that only two vehicles are allowed to park there and others park miles from the house. Did not provide list of guests to front gate (I provided list 10 days earlier) which delayed entry for more than three hours. Carpet needs to be replaced. Only two stove burners work. Charged us to heat hot tub and pool, but it didn’t heat then they explained it was because it was too cold and they wouldn’t refund that. It approx 50 degrees. Requested assistance from VRBO but they said it was the Host’s decision even though I sent a video of two guys jumping into cold water and told them all 10 guests would confirm it wasn’t heated. Thus far, we’ve been told a “thorough assessment” was completed - still waiting for details because all I was shown was a picture of a switch that was turned on. Talked with guests in the house next to ours and they said they also paid for heated pool and hot tub but it did not heat.

Bad cleaningness

The stay was nice. However, the house didnt had what we needed. Example some cooking utilities didnt work like the blender the outlets and there was not enough silverware. The coffee mug was really dirty and there was oxidation in the inside. The bedsheets looked really dirty. And the window which is the first thing you see was really dirty as well. We found 2 roaches as well.

Poor communication

The home itself is real nice but the communication with the owner wasn’t good. Kept saying they would get the heater turned on for the pool but never did. I had requested it prior to coming but it wasn’t on. They charged me and wouldn’t refund me back even though I didn’t receive the service. Would communicate on everything prior to that issue coming up and still hasn’t refunded anything for the heater that I paid for. The home itself is great but disappointed really at the owner

Universal back to school

The stay was wonderful. The house is beautifully layed out, the bedding can be upgraded. Overall, there was plenty of space and activities for kids, teens and adults. I'd definitely stay here again.

Wouldn't stay here again

The home is in need of TLC. Carpets were dirty. Paint is very worn. Floors were sticky. An entire panel of the screen enclosure was torn off. Communication was poor with the management company. We requested to have the jacuzzi heated immediately after booking via the VRBO site. The management company never responded to that request. When I followed up with them prior to the booking, they told me they could not turn it on unless we booked an additional night for $300. They advertise that the cost for pool heat is $50.

Great place with minor issues

We had a wonderful family vacation for Christmas just a few minor things that occurred over the weekend. Check-in was the most stressful thing arrived and none of the names were listed to check into the home. Blinds were tore up in the home and projector in movie room wasn’t working. Also one of the toilets were not working in the home. Also I would check the patio because we had a big rodent run in on us which scared us to death. He didn’t come with us so not sure where he came from. Owner was great at communicating with me the whole weekend. My family enjoyed themselves over all despite of the minor issues.

The property was dirty, stains on the rugs and couches. So many things were broken, towel racks, chairs, and even the upstairs shower. The wifi and pool heat did not work the entire length of the stay and the customer service was no help whatsoever.

Beautiful home

The home was amazing. Looked just like pictures. The only issue was the roach traps underneath the sink and we saw 2 roaches crawling up the wall downstairs. There were 2 holes in the screen porch which when entering the pool there was a rodent in the pool. The overall rating is 4 out of 5.

Immaculate home small things I'd change

This property is immaculate. The home is very large and spacious and very secure location. Close to everything. I did notice a pest issue toward the end of my stay. The owner was very apologetic though it did throw me off due to me finding out so late in my stay. I assumed this came along with the water and it being in the location it is in. Overall I'd rent again. Great communication and experience.

Property was infested with roaches..We bleached down and disinfected everything daily because soon as the lights are out they were crawling. They were in the chest of drawers and the showers downstairs & 3out of 6 up stairs.Trash out front of the property was there when we got there and there when we left(broken pool chairs,ironing board and floaters)TV in the master bedroom would not connect so we had to watch TV in the front room.If it was not for the roaches I would have probably gave a better rating other than the TV situation .Before we left we made sure it was at least clean and disinfected,floors clean and mopped

We Enjoyed Our Stay

Me and My Family Stayed at this home Sept 18th to Sept 21st. We Enjoyed Our Stay. There were small hiccups as in the pool needed to be cleaned , the dryer didn’t work and we couldn’t get the projector to work in the movie room. However the property manager assisted us in a fast and professional manner. Overall we would definitely book again

I just stayed here Labor Day weekend and I have to say that I’ve rented homes before and this was by far the worse and most that I’ve spent. First let me start by saying the sheets were dirty in each room, TVs wasn’t working no remote control. The Jacuzzi didn’t have any water nor was it working. The baseboards of the home was filthy. Overall if I was going to spend all of this money then the house should’ve been perfect or the property manager Maria should’ve answered the phone. The only way I was able to get in contact with her was through a VRBO representative calling her and after that she wouldn’t answer. Then one of the toilets downstairs got clogged and we don’t know why. The major thing that was a disappointment was my 10 year old niece came over with 2 of her friends for her birthday to use the theater room and we tried everything to make it work and it didn’t. And guess what Maria still wouldn’t answer. I mean we enjoyed what we could and I know this sounds very petty but rent this house and you will see what I’m talking about! I would Never recommend this house to Anyone! FYI; you might want to consider a new cleaning company because they are not cleaning like they’re supposed to! The caption of this property is Fraud! Nothing is sanitized! Oh one more thing, they had the wash room locked so we couldn’t even wash anything, oh and bring towels because they do not provide them! I know I’m rambling but the amount of money they are charging is a rip off. You really need to check your property! I want to rent another house for Thanksgiving and this House will definitely not be it! Real Review!

House was very nice in a great neighborhood. House looks exactly like the pictures. We ran into a few issues. 4/8 beds had dirty sheets how ever the property manger fixed that issue. The pool lights and jacuzzi doesn’t work which was stated in the reviews prior I suggest that gets fixed. Overall house is nice just needs a better cleaning crew and fix minor issues

My family and I had a grate time visiting one of your beautiful homes.

Our experience at this location was very nice. The house was very clean and the location was perfect. There were a few minor issues, like the toilet in the master bedroom that leads to the pool had plumbing issues, the jacuzzi switch was not working so we weren’t able to use the jacuzzi and the light to the pool didn’t work. But my family and I still enjoyed our trip because being with one another and having fun was what this was all about.
