The Champions Retreat 9 bedroom vacation rental home on ChampionsGate is an upscale, high end vacation home with an extensive specification and beautiful, but practical furnishings. All bedrooms are equipped with ultra comfortable memory foam mattresses, a large screen LCD TV and custom décor creating a unique theme for each room. The home has beds for 30 + 2 optional cribs (32 in total). Pool & Spa heat included.

When you arrive at the Champions Retreat, you will experience a real sense of something special. The exterior features a decorative driveway and walkway pavers, a brick facade and a tiled roof. The interior of the home is professionally decorated and includes a full HD living room 70” smart TV with added premium channels, along with 32" TV's in each of the 9 bedrooms and a further 60” TV in the loft area. There are also Blu-Ray players and high speed internet connectivity for streaming.

There are 6 bedrooms with king beds, 1 with twins, 1 with two queens and 1 further bedroom with 4 twin/full bunk beds – comfortably sleeping up to 30 people. The kitchen has upgraded tile and dark wood cabinetry, along with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Your guests can choose to dine at the kitchen bar (that seats 5), at the fabulous large dining room table (that seats 12) or around the outside patio tables (that seat 14).

Outside around the block paver deck area are several lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling heated pool and hot tub. The pool faces west, which ensures plenty of sun exposure throughout the day with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure. A flat top griddle style grill is optional (additional cost option).

Also available are strollers, high chairs & Pack and Play cribs for the very young ones (optional, additional charges apply). The game room is equipped with a very high quality slate pool table and hockey table, the vibrant & colorful décor depicting American motoring icons, comic heroes and movie stars.

The home is also equipped with unlimited high speed Wi-Fi, Bluetooth music hookup and unlimited long distance calls. The super energy efficient home design ensures your total comfort no matter how warm the Florida sunshine becomes. Dual zone Air Conditioning (A/C) ensures a stable temperature at all times.

At the Champions Retreat, you can enjoy all the amenities of the Oasis Clubhouse & Water Park – included within your stay (Fitness Center, Tiki Bar, Cabanas, Tennis, Resort-Style Pools, Family Pool, Lazy River, Water Slides, Swim-Up Bar, Water Falls, Beach Entry, Theater). This is possibly the best on resort leisure facility in Central Florida.

4 Generations Under 1 Roof

The property was well maintained. Our party included 13 adults and 5 children. Our party was larger but some had to back out at the last minute. So there is plenty of room for a larger party. Everyone was comfortable, and the owner was very quick to respond and help problem-solve. I could not access my arrival email from Vrbo (not sure if it was never sent or I overlooked it in some way because I didn’t receive the check-out email either). Would definitely recommend this home.

Spring break family golf trip

This was by far the nicest place I’ve stayed in Champions Gate. The house was perfect for our group and we enjoyed every part of our stay. Andrew was great to work with and so quickly responsive to any question we had. The only thing we wished we had were kitchen towels and a baking sheet.

Above and Beyond!!

This property was absolutely amazing and the property manager went so far above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He was so friendly and the communication was excellent. I was able to reach him anytime I had a question both before and during our stay. I travel to Orlando frequently, and will definetly be back.

Great house for large families

The house accommodated our family's needs very well. If space is what you need, then, this is the right house for you. The kitchen had the right amount of pantry room and cooking space; the living room and dining room allowed us to eat, watch tv, and play games as a family. The patio was large enough for us to hang out around the pool while the kids swam. We especially loved the room with the 4 double beds and twin bunks; it's just right for a large family or a place for the kids to have their own room. We enjoyed the amenities of the clubhouse as well. If we were to continue our family tradition of renting vacation homes, we'd definitely rent from here again. Any questions or concerns we had were answered within 24 hours by Andrew. Location is great.

Our stay

Overall we had a good time. Just a few issues. The dishwasher was broken, when they came to repair it they couldn’t and would need to replace it. The date of replacement would be the day we checked out! With 30 guests washing and cleaning dishes by hand took a lot of time. We ordered a grill for our stay. When we finally were ready to eat we noticed the grill was no where to be found. So we cooked inside. The grill never came and when I reached out they responded quickly saying it will be there the next day. We got it in the late afternoon the next day. The washer took over an hour to do a load and the dryer took hours to dry a load. The pool filter barely worked. I noticed on day 3 the water was cloudy and didn’t let anyone use it anymore. The kids were so bummed. Then the last day out of the 30 guests, 24 left very sick. Throwing up and diarrhea. Later throughout the day every single one of us were sick. It ended awfully!! I believe the house made us all sick. Couldn’t have been the food like we all thought because some people who were sick didn’t eat what we all ate. The common denominator was the house and pool. I will say that check out was really good because the owner let us recoup for a few hours since we were so sick. Most of us couldn’t even begin to drive that morning of check out.

Home was not in the best condition. Bedding was dingy, floors were not clean, furniture not clean. I communicated everything with management. They made it seem like everything was ok but turned around and billed us for other things that were not right prior to my arrival. Will not do it again.

The house accommodated everyone. Very spacious! The only thing con was it was kinda hot upstairs and we couldn’t get the dryer to work . Other then that we definitely will be staying at championship gate anytime we come to Orlando !

Lots of room!

Spacious home with lots of room to spread out. Andrew the property manager is fantastic in that if you inquire about an issue or have a question he responds quickly. The property is clean and as described in the listing. The only drawback would be the towels provided are small and thin. A property of this caliber should have nice fluffy bath towels! The pool is great as the kids spent most waking hours in it. All in all a great home and would definitely recommend.

50th anniversary celebration

This house was perfect for our large family with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub, and spent a lot of time in the game room as well. Prior to our arrival, the manager answered any questions I had almost immediately. We would love to go back!

Property review

1. The property is excellent for a large group of people. However, I would not suggest 30 people staying at this property. Parking is a big issue, the driveway is small and not suitable for large cars, and you can only park two cars in the driveway, one small and one large. In addition, the street in front of the house is designed for two or three cars at the most. 2. The appliances needs updating, including the garbage disposal. The ice make is terrible, buy yourself a bag of ice upon arrival. If you plan to prepare a meal, bring your cooking pans, especially the skillet and sharpe knives. The rugs in the kitchen were filthy and needs to be replaced. Suggest you bring your own towels, and wash clothes (no wash clothes). The towels are small and thin. The furniture on the patio is dirty and old. 3. Overall, the property is great. The management team is excellent especially Andrew. When we arrived the air conditioner upstairs was not working. Andrew helped to resolve the issue immediately. The bedrooms were great, especially the kids room upstairs. The adults loved the sitting area upstairs. Would I rent or recommend the roperty, yes, without a doubt.
