The house is Self-Catering but we provide a starter kit with essentials:
*1 extra toilet paper roll per bathroom
*1 paper towel roll

*1 small hand soap per bathroom

*-Guests are encouraged to bring or purchase: paper products, soaps, detergent, coffee, filters, etc.
*Daily maid service is not included. Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay.

*No Smoking: $350 + tax cleaning fee will be charged if violated
*No Pets Allowed: Same fee applies if violated; immediate eviction without refund
*No Parties or Events
*Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests
*Lead guest must be present during the entire stay
*Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially early morning and late evening
*Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (community enforced).

Failure to follow these rules will result in eviction without refund. We reserve the right to seek damages exceeding insurance coverage if necessary.

We don't have a BBQ available but we'll provide you with addresses for rental companies, please note it's not allowed to use the BBQ indoors and within the pool enclosure.

Super NICE Vacation Home w/ All Amenities!

Great house in a great location

Lots of positives about this rental. Backing up to the conservation area is a definite plus for privacy and we saw some wildlife! We came at a good time of year. Enjoyed the spa and pool which we paid extra for heat but well worth it. There were tons of pool towels which were greatly appreciated. The resort pool and lazy river were awesome. A cut above average snack bar was located there. Monique(one of the property managers) was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions and concerns. Publix close by was a definite advantage because we do a lot of cooking. Disney theme parks and Disney Springs were with half hour driving distance depending on the time of day. Lots of other attractions and shopping are not far away.

Beautiful home with lots to do!

We stayed here in March with a group of 10 of us (2 families). We had a wonderful time during our stay. Monique and her husband were wonderful to deal with and were quick to answer any questions/concerns that arose. Monique even dropped by one morning to make sure that all was well with our stay. It was fabulous having the two master bedrooms and ensuites and our kids (mix of ages from 9-14) had a great time using the games room and the playing the basketball arcade upstairs. We all also enjoyed the facilities of Solterra Resort - the slide and lazy river were a great added bonus! We did discover that weekends are a busy time at the resort, so it was an exercise in patience coming into the resort for the first couple nights, but after the weekend things settled down and it was no problem going in and out. The house itself was spacious and well cleaned and stocked with the all the initial things we needed (toilet paper, paper towel, soap, etc). The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pool and spa were put to good use by all of us! I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to vacation in the Davenport area.

Family Orlando getaway

I can’t say enough great things about the house, it’s space, Monique’s attention or the cleanliness! While we were a touch further from Disney than usual, the house with its pool and hot tub more than made up for it. We had more than enough space for our party of 3 adults and 2 children. We could have comfortably fit another 5! The kitchen had all the basics. There were plenty of bath and pool towels. The location was quiet since you do not have neighbors right behind you. Monique’s personal attention was above and beyond and very appreciated. Will be the first on my list of we return to the area again. Thanks for great memories!

Perfect family vacation!!

We absolutely loved this property indoors and out! Very neat and great amenities! We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and had no issues during our stay which was a huge plus! We had a wonderful vacation at this home and would definitely recommend and come back in the future! The only minor things to mention are the house could use some updated pots/pans and although not necessary a grill would have been a nice option to have. Ron and Monique are very friendly hosts! Thank you for a great experience!!

Good for family and friends

Stayed with friends and family for a volleyball tournament. Very clean. Hosts were very responsive. Convenient location - close to grocery stores, restaurants. Drive to Convention Center time varies due to traffic, but it worked out great for us.

Loved the property and property manager!!!

Loved the house! Everything was very clean and well cared for. It was plenty of space for 7 people. Loved all of the gaming options and the pool heat and spa heat were perfect temperature. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels available for use. Love the property manager! She was very quick to respond to our concerns and offered suggestions for dining and amusement. We were very happy with many of the suggestions. This property is in a very popular gated community which requires you to show your tag to enter, and you can only enter through the lane closest to the guard; you do not receive a card. Due to this... you have GOT to have patience getting into the community. People are getting their entrance tags all day long and it causes quite the backup onto the road, especially in the evening hours. Even with that one "con"... we would stay there again. We had many more "pro"s to entice us to come back again. :-)

Wonderful property!

Perfect vacation home

Perfect house for our week stay to celebrate Christmas with family. Very spacious and met all our needs. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of space. The resort amenities were also very nice. Will book again in the future for sure! The property managers were very pleasant and very helpful with all our needs! Beautiful home!
