This 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom home has just been renovated throughout – freshly painted, new plank flooring, new kitchen and bathrooms, all new furniture and bedding! The home is located within the gated Westhaven community within close proximity to all of the attractions.
The rear living area has plenty of natural light and views to the pool. There is a comfortable sofa and large screen smart TV to relax. There is a second living area at the front of the home ensuring plenty of space to spread out.
The updated kitchen has everything you may need to cater for your family, plus new stainless steel appliances. Grab a bite at the breakfast area or share a meal together in the elegant dining room.
The master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom, plus its own balcony! A great place to enjoy your coffee in the morning. There are two themed bedrooms for the kids – one for gamers with two twin beds, and the other Star Wars with a bunk bed and single. There is a further queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
Don’t forget about the games room – there are hours of fun to be had challenging each other to pool and foosball.
The large rear deck offers a private pool and hot tub. Heating available at an additional cost. There is a covered seating area for some shade, or soak up the sunshine on the lounge chairs. To the rear of the home is also a lawn area offering extra space to play.
