Our house is unique in the Orlando resort area. While most other homes only offer two or three themed rooms, every room in our house is themed. This means our guests don't have to compete for a themed room—they only have to decide which one to choose!

Be sure to explore our wonderful bedrooms from Star Wars to the World of Harry Potter, perfect for lettings kids imagination run wild! To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we have modern and stylish bedrooms with luxury mattresses and designer decorations:

Our fully fitted bedrooms come with a full range of amenities:
- All bedrooms are fully furnished and have a TV, dresser, designer lamps, ceiling light, curtains, & more. We also have an office desk and chair!
- We have baby gear, including cribs and high chairs! (crib sheets and blankets are not included for safety)
- Up to 25 people can stay at our place comfortably

We have a beautiful private 25 by 12 ft heated pool with a gorgeous forest view for you to enjoy. Want to relax a bit? We also have luxury patio dining/sofa set and pool lounge chairs. We also have a hot tub included along with a pool basketball net and floaties! Enjoy your private oasis!

If you are looking for more indoor fun, we also have a themed arcade game room! Play Foosball or pool with your friends. Throw it back to the 80s by gaming our Pac-Man and arcade racing games. We have everything from air hockey to pinball! Make baskets with our ESPN basketball game or watch the latest shows at our TV lounge.

We also have a karaoke area, complete with drums, a full piano, and a karaoke machine! Sing your heart out and have a lot of fun!

Other Things to Note:

--According to the HOA office, each house has a maximum limit of five cars. This vehicle limit applies to both guests and any visitors they may have. Once the limit is reached for a property, no additional vehicles will be allowed in the resort.
--One of our property managers has a severe allergy to dogs and cats, and we've also been informed by some guests of their severe allergies in advance. In order to prevent serious allergic reactions, we kindly request that pets are not brought into the house. Guests who disregard this policy and bring pets will be held responsible for any resulting consequences.
--Recreational vehicles (RVs) are no longer permitted on the premises of Windsor Island Resort. RVs are not permitted for loading or unloading. RVs will need to be stored off-site during the guest's/owner's stay. There are local RV parks and storage facilities that can accommodate the storage of such vehicles.
--We offer a complimentary initial supply of essential household items, ranging from shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to bath towels, pool towels, toilet paper, paper towels, salt and pepper, cooking oil, trash bags, washing powder, etc. Due to variations in booking durations and individual preferences, we cannot specify the exact quantities guests may require. For extended stays, we suggest acquiring additional supplies at a local store based on your specific needs.
--The washing machine & drying machine are in the house.
--We are baby-friendly (we have high chairs, fordable cribs, and pool child safety nets!)
--We are unable to provide baby crib blankets and bedding due to hygiene reasons.
--There are no monitors within the house. However, we have Ring monitors installed at both the entrance and by the pool. Please note that both the pool heater and air conditioning machine are also under surveillance by cameras. We do not actively monitor the footage, but it may be reviewed if an incident occurs or if requested by law enforcement.
--We include a child safety net for the pool. Please remember to keep the child safety fence closed at all times.
--The HOA states that upon guests' arrival at the gatehouse, officers are required to collect a valid driver's license from the driver and some form of identification from all passengers in the vehicle who are over the age of 18. Individuals without any form of identification will not be permitted to enter.
--We only provide a specific type of stroller. You can view a picture of the stroller in our listing. The maximum weight capacity for this toddler stroller is 45 pounds.
--If you require baby items (under 2 years old), please inform us in advance. Let us know the number of babies in your group and specify the items you need, such as a high chair, crib, Pack'n Play, stroller, etc.
--Windsor Island Resort is a short-term rental community, and there are no mailboxes or mailbox kiosks located in the community. Typically, packages delivered by providers such as UPS, FedEx, and Amazon can be delivered directly to the address. USPS will not deliver to any address in the community. The clubhouse will not accept ANY mail or packages.
--The driver of the vehicle is required to show a physical, valid driver’s license at the front gate to enter the community; All parties 18 years or older are required to show ID at the front gate to enter the community. Also, when purchasing alcohol at the Blue Marlin Grille, a physical, valid driver’s license is required. No digital licenses are accepted in Windsor Island Resort.
--Many of our furnishings are custom-made, such as the bed in the Versailles-themed room, which was crafted by artisans who create furniture specifically for Asian royalty. Therefore, we kindly ask that you take special care of the furniture. Thank you.
--Our stroller is a basic model, so it might not be as comfortable as your own or one you rent. If possible, we recommend bringing your own stroller or renting one for added comfort.
--Please do not use the outlet to charge your electric vehicle (EV). There have been fire incidents reported in other neighborhoods caused by this type of usage.

House Rules:

--No loud noises after 10 PM - the HOA may evict you without a refund if it is too loud.
--No smoking or pets.
--Please do not overload the washer/dryer.
--Please refrain from bringing glass items into the pool area.
--Do not use bath towels in the swimming pool area.
--Do not move furniture.
--Do not touch the pool or A/C equipment.
--Close all doors/windows and turn off the lights when you leave.
--Do not set the air conditioning temperature below 70°F.
--Don't leave loose trash. All refuse should be placed in 13-gallon bags, which we will provide.
--Guests are responsible for any loose trash fines imposed by the HOA.

Swimming Pool Rules:
- Please enter and exit the pool slowly.
- Please do not bring glass in or near the pool.
- Please no diving, running or horseplay.
- Please do not use the pool under the influence of alcohol or if you are ill.
- Toddlers must wear swim diapers.
- Please ensure that the baby fence around the pool is securely closed. It is essential that all children are supervised by adults while in the pool area.
