Property is very close to Disney . Very clean. Updated and spacious kitchen. Kids got to enjoy the heated pool. Beds were comfortable. Well equipped for children (with booster chair, baby gate, strollers).

Amazing stay

Myself, my husband and our 2 children stayed at this property and it was amazing, I don’t have a single complaint. The house was immaculate in terms of cleanliness, bright and spacious. The beds were super comfy and our children loved their themed room/bunk beds. The house was stocked with things like toilet paper, pool towels, paper towel, k cups for coffee etc. The pool was nice and warm at all times. Windsor hills is a perfect location, 5-10 mins from Disney parks and the big resort pool is awesome. Will absolutely be staying here again!

Updated and beautiful property

This was our first time booking on Vrbo and we’re absolutely spoiled by this property. It’s as beautiful as the pictures illustrate. Tons of space and all of the amenities you could think of. We are a family of 4 with a 6 y.o. and 15 y.o. We were in Orlando for a competition and spent one day at Disney. In our free time, we used the little pool at the property. It was enough space for the 4 of us with great sun exposure and privacy. We never went to the larger pool/slides because we were content at the property. This unit is very close to the entrance and club house/pool so if you choose to use it, you can easily walk there. Communication with the host was responsive and prompt. The unit was clean upon check-in although under the beds and other surface areas that are not commonly used had dust on them. It was clear the cleaning crew did not do as good of a job as they could have. The host was very responsive to this and addressed it. The only negative experience we had was at check-in. Although simple and easy (keyless entry to the unit), there was a long line of cars waiting to check in at the security gate for the first time at 4 pm which is necessary for access during your stay. We were not prepared for that and had a small window before dinner reservations. Just be prepared to wait for that process. Next time we are in Orlando, we will stay!

Awesome!

Our vacation was so much more than we could imagine. I love a clean house and this house far exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and size. When I walked in the places smelled so clean and looked amazing. We had everything we needed and so many extra. The only thing we had to purchase was food. Again...Awesome! Thank you Heather! We will definitely be Staying again!!
