Orlando Blue Heron Beach Resort lakefront, high rise 1 bedroom, 2 bath pool view condo on the 11th floor. It's located 2 blocks off I-4, <1 mile to Disney World, 8 miles to Universal Studios, & 16 miles to MCO airport w/ amazing views of Lake Bryan, pool, sunrise, sunset, Disney Fireworks, Epcot, Disney Springs on the balcony & corridor. No resort fees! Starbucks, Dollar Store, Mini Golf, Walgreens, Applebees, & car rental are a few steps away! Fun, relaxing adventures w/ memories of a lifetime!

The bright, lakefront Disney- themed unit has a large bedroom with a king sized bed, a closet, and an attached private full bathroom with whirlpool jacuzzi tub.

Living room has a pull out queen sized sofa bed (sleeps 1 comfortably) and a bunk bed designed for children only down the hallway, guest full bathroom with whirlpool jacuzzi tub, and fully furnished kitchen with all appliances, utensils, granite countertop, tile floors, dining area with table, chairs, and bar stools.

High ceilings, central AC, ceiling fans, internet, cable tv, key card access only elevators, 2 fitness centers, children's arcade/ game room, private dock with gazebo, access to water sports, and tiki bar with drinks and snacks (seasonal)!

Washer and dryer are in the unit along with hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

It's on the 11th floor with gorgeous Lake Byran and pool views from the balcony. From the corridor on the opposite side, you can view the fireworks from Disney World every evening at 9pm and a full view of the city!

The unit is <1 mile to Disney, 2 miles to premium outlet mall, 5 miles to Seaworld, 6 miles to convention center, 8 miles to Universal Studios, 8.5 miles to Gatorland, & 16 miles to Orlando International airport (MCO).

The bright, waterfront Disney- themed unit has a large bedroom with a king size bed with a closet and an attached private full bathroom with whirlpool jacuzzi tub. Living room has a pull out sofa bed and a bunk bed for children down the hallway, guest full bathroom with whirlpool jacuzzi tub, and fully furnished kitchen with all appliances, utensils, granite countertop, tile floor, dining area with table, chairs and bar stools. High ceilings, central AC, ceiling fans, internet, cable tv, key access only elevators, 2 fitness centers, children's arcade/ game room, private dock with gazebo, access to water sports, tiki bar with drinks and snacks (seasonal). Washer and dryer are in the unit along with hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and toiletries. It's on the 11th floor with Lake Byran and pool views from the balcony. From the corridor on the other side, you can view the fireworks from Disney World every evening at 9pm and a full view of the city!

From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologise in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in this event.

Garage parking is free on site. A parking pass will be given to you at check in. There's EV outlet (bring your own charger) in Tower 2 garage parking.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent—only about 10 minutes from the parks, which made everything very convenient. The heated pool was a great feature, especially with the cooler weather during our trip. It was a comfortable and easy place to stay, and we’d definitely consider coming back.

Great - close to everything

It was a great stay for us. Close to shopping and Disney. Great view. Only thing is the shower drains didn’t drain super well but that’s a very minor detail. Mini golf next door was awesome. You can see fireworks from Disney too. Would stay again!

A great place to recharge

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a described with a beautiful view of the lake and pool. Staff was superb and accommodating. We came for a staycation and didn't visit the parks but enjoyed local dining, shops, and Disney Springs which is only 5 mins away. If you want some great views and stay close to all theme parks then this is your place to book. Host maintained good communication throughout our stay

A room with a view

This condo is exactly as listed. The owners are great to work with and respond quickly to any questions or concerns. The 11th floor gives you a great view and the pool was lovely and warm, even on cool days. The only complaints are building related. The elevators were having issues during our stay and not enough covered parking.

Great location - Perfect Condo

Had an absolute blast! Check-in process was so easy, walked in front office, showed ID, was handed two cards with the instructions-if you need anything be sure to reach out to the condo owner. Unit was very clean and exactly as shown on pictures (nice Disney touches throughout). Tons to do and see in the area, was a convenient location for our Disney fun. Had a minor issue during stay, communication was quick and effective. Condo size was perfect for my wife and I and three kids (6, 8, 10). Kitchen was sufficient for our small amount of use, certainly wouldn’t expect salt/pepper/spices to be stocked but I’m appreciative that those were left from previous stays. Couldn’t have been happier, great stay, all around easy and enjoyable!!

This was a case where the experience didn't come close to matching the expectations set in the description and photos. We walked in after checking in, and were gone within five minutes of setting foot into the condo.The experience started off with a reception desk that was unhelpful. The young girl working the check-in clearly didn't want to be there. When we asked which tower, she had no clue.We navigated through trash and litter from the parking garage to the elevator. On the elevator, the fake wood paneling was falling off, and the light was flickering like a horror movie. The whole lead-up to the room was sketchy.We got off on the 11th floor to more bad lighting. The view was OK looking toward WDW. The condo entrance is tucked in an unusual hallway; it wasn't bad, but off-putting.When we opened the door, we found a dingy, dark, and very outdated place. The first thing when you open the door is a hallway with odd bunk beds. We walked in a bit further to find a very small, wobbly dining room table, and furniture arranged similar to the photo. However, the furniture was not the same; it was older, stained, and gross.The kitchen fridge smelled horrible, and a cabinet door was practically falling off the hinges. In the bathroom, the bath rug was crusty, and the room had an odor. We tried to turn down the A/C, but never heard it kick on. We left quickly and found a hotel. I reached out to the host. She responded, but didn't make the experience better.

Nice building and location but dirty with multiple problems

When we pulled up and checked in we were encouraged as that all went well. When we got in the unit the view to the water was enticing, then we started noticing issues. The screen door was completely off. The shower curtain was only partially on the rod. The dining table was about to fall over. There is mold in the shower. Then we notice it is just dirty. The bed is made but we notice the sheets have stains and there are hairs in the bedding. The floor is dirty and the overall apartment has dirt and dust all over. We search for clean sheets and find a pile of dirty and smelly sheets piled in the closet. At that point we decided to leave. With a deep cleaning a little upkeep it would be a decent place. It was not when we arrived!
