We found a cockroach in the property and show the photo we took and showed it to the reception desk and asked for a change of room, they gave another room which was slightly better but had a musky mouldy smell. we were disappointed. I appreciate the staff though, they gave us a switch but the hotel is not well maintained. We expected better customer experience as well.

Overall the hotel was ok but the room I stayed at was not clean properly. The bed looked like the never change the sheets and on the bathroom wall the left a soup used

Very comfortable hotel with premium bedding and nice facilities. The location was very busy as it was right across from the university, but the hotel was quiet, and there were no issues for with traffic. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping at this location. I enjoyed my stay before flying out the next day.

Great location from the near by UCF stadium. Clean, Comfortable, Comtemporary. The Study bar was a great asset. Affordable. Very friendly receptionists.

The A/C in the room was very loud, rooms need some updating, very friendly customer service at the front desk. The mattress not comfortable, lumpy. Very good breakfast buffet, worth the money.
