The staff were friendly and very helpful. The included buffet breakfast and dinner was pleasant surprise. Plenty of options and delicious for a buffet! The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, especially if you are visiting the parks or ESPN (we were there for cheer nationals). We also enjoyed the poolside restaurant and Pizza Hut on site.

Amazing property! The rooms themselves are a little dated, more like a motel than a hotel, but the location, amenities, extra perks such as the afternoon kickback and included breakfast make this place a wonderful hotel. The themeing of the common areas etc. we’re very well maintained and make this a property I would definitely return to.

Fantastic hotel and great value Breakfasts which are free have great choice, dinners less so but I never used anyway Spotless, rooms cleaned daily and very well staff always very helpful, him excellent for a hotel

All staff that we came upon were excellent. Very nice and professional staff members all around. The food and drinks selections were great from the lakeside bar, kitchen and bar, breakfast, and kick back. The room was clean and spacious with all working appliances. The pool and hot tub area was clean and well taken care of. The arcade had plenty of fun games. Also had no problem with delivery drop off to the hotel. No complaints at all!

If I could give a 4.5/5 I would. Hotel, location, amenities, all of it - incredible. Except for the beds. The mattresses are about the quality and comfort I'd expect at motel in a lousy part of town. I don't know maybe it was just a fluke, but for as incredible as the rest of the experience and stay was, this was comically disappointing.

Honestly, I was expecting less, but my wife and I loved it. 10 minute walk from Disney Springs. The room was nothing spectacular but it was clean and just a standard room. The staff at the hotel was so kind and the free breakfast and evening reception was really good. The outside pool was really nice and the food at the bar was great!

The room was great! So clean and comfy. The breakfast was good! The only reason this isn't a five star is because of the "kickback" meal. It wasn't great. If you drink, that's a perk that you get free alcohol but I would go elsewhere for dinner! However, everything else was really nice! The Kitchen + Bar restaurant in the hotel was really good! Shout out to Shawn Kelley for being an outstanding employee!
