Kick-back in comfort and style in our 3-bedroom condo located in the beautiful and popular Windsor Palms Resort. This fun family vacation resort is just minutes from Walt Disney World and all the major Orlando theme parks and attractions.

When you're not at the parks, relax and enjoy all the first-rate amenities this first-rate resort has to offer. Take a refreshing dip in the Olympic-sized, salt-water pool with hot tub and children's splash pad. Enjoy some lunch or a refreshing, tropical drink at the Tiki bar by the pool. Explore the 7,500 sq. feet clubhouse equipped with sundry shop, fitness centre, games room, a 58 seat movie theatre and luxurious lounge area. Enjoy outdoor recreation with tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, sand volleyball and a children's playground.

Why stay in a cramped hotel room with limited amenities when you can stay in Kuzco's fully furnished and equipped, beautifully decorated condo for half the price! We've got everything you need to ensure your family experiences the best Disney vacation ever!

Master and Queen bedroom equipped with Flatscreen TV with cable. The master bedroom has a computer desk and chair with free high-speed internet access for those who travel with their laptop computers. Programmable safe is provided to lock away valuables.

The Twin Bedroom is decorated in a Jungle theme with Kuzco's pet panther to greet you. This bedroom is equipped with a Flatscreen TV.

The living room has a flat-screen TV, with comfy sofas - one of which is a sleeper sofa.

The dining table seats six.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and all the dishware and utensils necessary for making simple or complex meals. Also available is a full size clothes washer and dryer.

We can provide a high chair or a Pack N Play fold out crib UPON REQUEST.

SECOND FLOOR CONDO.
This second floor condo is 1,208 sq ft with a private screened-in balcony. There is no elevator - stairs only. The second floor condo is a short 2-3 minute walk to the clubhouse and pool and free parking is available immediately outside the condo.

We have a key-less door entry system - you do not need to go to a check-in office first.

Should you require immediate attention while staying in our condo, our property management company will be there to take care of you and your party.

Super séjour

Logement fonctionnel et spacieux dans un quartier calme et sécurisé. La piscine et son environnement sont de qualité. Seul petit bémol : la peinture des escaliers et du balcon ont eu lieu pendant notre séjour.

The condo was clean and perfect size to share with two families. End unit next to the stairs so at times there was noise on the outside stairway, especially at night but not a big deal. The pool was walking distance and the grounds of the community were very pretty. The host was super nice and communicative during the whole process. We had a great vacay!

Awesome condo! We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Great location and great communication with the hosts. Die Unterkunft halt zu 100, was sie verspricht . Es handelt sich um eine gerĂ€umige Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Wir haben sie mir zwei großen Kindern genutzt, wobei jedes Kind ein eigenes Zimmer hatte. Die Wohnung liegt im SĆ«den von Orlando in einer geschlossenen und bewachten Wohnsiedlung. In der NĂ€he liegen die Disneyparks, wir wollten in die Universalparks und mussten dafĂŒr 30 bis 50 Minuten fahren. Das wussten wir aber vorher.

Very lovely and safe property and great distance to orlando parks. Wal-Mart is nearby in order to purchase necessary items not supplied at property. Walls/floor of property thin and could hear the people above us very easily at night time. Anna was wonderful to work with and attentive to questions and informing of appropriate needs when I didn't ask a certain question. Overall, very satisfied with property and our stay.

Great place, great location!

The development is in a perfect location tucked away from all the noise and traffic. The area was quiet and seemed safe. The condo was very comfortable on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot, which was so convenient. Other than a possible upgrade with area rugs and furniture, the condo was great.

Very nice, unbeatable price!

The unit is very nice, very close to the themed parks and a 7 minutes walk to the pool. The unit was cleaned, but dusty. Everything felt dusty
 I think it is because there are a lot of fake plants and carpeting. The kitchen was well equipped. The complexe is very nice, the pool is great. We would come back for sure.

Great condo and location

This was a great property. Check in was a breeze. We were close to the pool, walking distance. The pool was clean and fun. They had an arcade, a little shop to buy snacks and the tiki bar at the pool was great. The community was nice and clean. The condo itself was clean, decorated and the beds were comfortable. It was a great location to Universal Studios and Disney. I would highly recommend staying here! When we come back will definitely be staying again. Thanks for letting us stay!

My husband and I took our four children on vacation to Florida. From the time I booked my stay until we had to leave was the best experience I've ever had with traveling. The condo was gorgeous, the community was friendly and upbeat and close to shopping. I didn't want to leave, we felt right at home. There were a couple minor cleaning issues (had to rewash some dishes, wipe out the cabinets before using them) but was no big deal and I was easily able to "fix". The space was perfect for our family size, the beds were super comfy, the pin lock pad on the door made it easier for the kids to come and go as they pleased, the pool and other amenities were close enough to walk.... the list goes on, I can't tell you enough how amazing our stay was. My husband and I will be contacting again for future stays!!! Thank you for everything
