This is a beautiful home. It was perfect for our large party. We did have an issue with the hot water not working, but after a few calls/texts, we were able to reach someone. The hot water worked after that, but the upstairs would take a very long time to warm up. The pool area is nice, but the pool heat and hot tub heater was broken. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced as several chairs were in poor condition.

Bachelorette Weekend
The rental home was beautiful and fit our needs for our Bachelorette weekend getaway. It had enough space to accommodate our party. The best part of the home was that every bedroom had it's own personal bathroom. Just a few minor issues we ran into. 1. There was an alarm set for the sliding door leading to the pool patio. However, we were not informed about it. The Management company was only available between M-F 9am-6pm. We arrived on a Thursday and tried to contact a representative to assist with this alarm, but was not able to reach anyone. Left a voicemail, but so far no one has returned our call. 2. One of the Twin bedrooms had a issue with the bed. The bedframe was not connected and missing screws. When we lifted the mattress we noticed one of the flats were broken already. No heads up about the bed being not going to be in use. 3. There was a lot of bug/pests found in the home and bathrooms. 4. The movie room was great and all but was not functional. However, the location of the home was convenient for our activities for the weekend. Just wished we were able to communicate better with the rental property management.

Graduation Dinner
Stayed at the property for my daughter’s graduation from UCF with family and friends. Great location and ample parking for everyone attending the dinner celebrating the graduation. Communication with the host was very helpful and accommodating. A few minor issues with a couple of rooms having broken/ unstable head broads that needs to be addressed by property owners because they can pose a problem for guest in the future. Also had some small ants in the kitchen area. Overall the home was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again. With hopes that the above issues are taken care of. I did see in reviews prior to booking that some guest had those same issues, So apparently they have Not been addressed and most definitely need to be. Great home though!

Lack of Communication and Follow Through
We did not hot water for our last day. No one came to check the heart water heater and no one called to follow up. A request was made during business hours. We had to take cold showers. I received an email at 4:54 am stating it was fixed...not true a technician never came. Manager has never called me back. The emergency number is disconnected. Will not recommend or rebook.

Property manager showed no care and resolved no issues!!! Beware!
Horrible experience. As soon as we walk in the door there were numerous dead worms. Continue into the house and there are ton more, including alive ones in the showers. Next there was an army of ants in the kitchen. It was so bad we couldn’t have any food out during the day. We noticed the house was missing some essentials, I told Giselle about it and she made no attempt to do anything. So I had to make multiple trips to the store to stock the house with things such as hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper. Then as soon as we checked in, we noticed the pool pump, hot tub or splash pad wasn’t working. I made Giselle the property manager aware. She got back to me the next day saying someone was going to come by 5pm. No one showed up. After 5, I messaged her and told her she said they already went and she’s waiting on their report. Never got back to me. So during our stay we didn’t get to use these amenities the way we wanted as the chlorine was not being pumped/filtered and burning everyone’s eyes. The 2nd night of our stay, the A/c on the 2nd floor stopped working. This is where most of the bedrooms are. I made her aware the next morning. I was told to just turn down the thermostat which we had already tried. She told me she was going to get someone out there. I messaged her at 2pm and she said she was working on getting someone out there. Never heard back from her. She never made an attempt to fix any of the issues she was told about and we were stuck with no A/C.

The home is spacious and is well-suited to accomodate large groups. The kids loved the pool, but the patio furniture is underwhelming compared to the home decor. Not all rooms have televisions, so be aware of that. Other than the ants and gnats which are a FL staple, there are no complaints.

Beautiful Home, main area has no Tv, Ant problem in kitchen and bedrooms, offered a movie theater did not work, pool has issues kept loosing water, not enough towel and wash clothes. Overall it was a stressful Vacation for me and my family.
