Great 1 bed/1 bath pet friendly condo at the Melia hotel

Come an enjoy this spacious condo recently remodeled. We are pet friendly (dogs and cats). Located inside the Melia hotel on the First floor, It's a prime location in the Heart of Disney Area. Part of Walt Disney Good neighbor Hotel family, you will be within a few minutes of Disney (3.7 miles from Disney). This location allows for quick access to restaurants, shops and all the attractions that Orlando area as to offer. When you are not out enjoying all these activities, come and relax in this large 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom1 with 780 square feet of living space. You can easily sleep 4. Bedroom comes with a King-size bed, large closet, cable TV. The living room comes with comfortable seating, cable TV and a Sofa bed. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with a cook-top and everything you need for cooking.

-Dogs and cats are welcome (small cleaning pet fee (60$ per stay), please message us if you plan to bring a dog), we need to inform the front desk. On site you will find what your dog need like dog bowl, dog bed, doggy treats and dog park in the back of the hotel.

-Starter kit that include moisturizing shampoo, conditioning treatment, body Wash, dish/dishwasher soap, pack of laundry detergent, roll of paper towel.
