There was a bunch of things... stayed at alot of Hilton Hotels and this one did not meet expectaions.

The property is fairly well kept. The house keeping is supposed to be done every other day and was not done in my room so had to request it. The microwave had not been cleaned, it had a slice of pizza since the day I checked in. The personnel service in the lobby/restaurant was great, two employees in particular that were very nice to us. The hotel property is far from stores,shops and food.however close enough to Universal studios, about 10min Uber ride. This hotel does not offer shuttle.

This hotel stay was ok. Highlights…. Location. It is about a 15 minute or less drive from most things, including downtown Orlando, premium outlets, universal studios and the Kia Center. Friendly staff Renovated hotel entry Gym Plenty of parking Bedside lamps for reading Ice machine on floor Plenty of desk space for work, reading, eating Popular tv channels including news, movies, sports Plenty of storage space for hanging clothes and drawers Comfortable bed Microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker available in your room Basic necessities including iron, iron board, extra towels, toilet tissue, hairdryer, soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo/conditioner available Downsides…. Small pool Location of pool… in front the of hotel where guests parking is Parking is $15 daily (Parking is at your own risk) Breakfast available at a cost $3.00 ‘pure life’ bottle of water available for non Hilton members Outdated furniture including chairs, carpet and window curtains in room No extendable shower head. Sorry ladies, you won’t feel thoroughly cleaned after you’ve showered. The water pressure is low. The sliding shower door is extremely stiff and hard to slide open and close There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the door must stay open for air Poor window views

Had high expectations for this hotel given it was my first ever stay at a Hilton owned hotel. I arrived early in the am but upon arrival no one was at the front desk. I noticed two employees chatting & grabbing breakfast, eyeing me & continuing to ignore me. Not until well over 20-25 minutes that if it weren’t for me that stood up to grab a front desk manager card (because I was about to call someone , I really needed to rest) the employee came around to greet me annoyingly. I understand she was probably hungry at 6am but I to needed to be checked in as soon as possible because I was very jet lagged. I was given a room on the second floor. I immediately set my stuff down but an hour later I woke up frightened because I taught someone had broken in. But no … there was construction right next door!!!!! I immediately called the front desk & a gentleman did accommodate me to the 6th floor & for that I was thankful. But on my third night of my stay I noticed that down the hall of my 6th floor room there was construction going on several rooms down. What freaked me out is that I had ordered take out & when I went to open the door to see if my food had arrived, the same construction worker that had seen me earlier entering my room alone was now sitting by my door!!!!!! I immediately said, “WHAT?” , closed the door, & called the front desk!!!! The front desk gentleman said he would walk the floor & eventually the construction worked moved. Never staying here again unfortunately.

Shhhh it’s the best kept secret in the area! Have stayed here quite often and have enjoyed my stay every time. I’ve traveled solo and with family & friends and each time has been great. Easy check in, nice rooms and property, quiet and very convenient to parks and major highways. Wonderful staff. Will definitely stay here again.
