Clean rooms, above average breakfast, employees were very nice and helpful. Parking can be difficult due to the limited spaces and even though this hotel is pet friendly, the bathroom area is very very small. We do plan on staying here again.

Staff was wonderful and friendly. There was a random cockroach when we first checked in and the room smelled a bit like urine but the room was nice and clean otherwise. Breakfast staff was very friendly and kept the food fresh and full. They varied the offers a little each day so that was nice. Location for universal was really great!

The breakfast was bad because the scrambled eggs were cold , there was nothing else to eat besides that. I paid $50 in cash for room deposit and when I went to check out the lady said you will get the money in one week, she didn’t not give me the cash right away upon checkout . The last thing was there was a lot of noises of people banging the wall and closing the door hard, the guests that stayed at the hotel did not respect the quiet time after 10 PM . In the hotel room the tv was glitchy and when you wanted to see the guide on the TV, you would have to turn off the TV and turn it back on, the kitchen counter light wasn’t working. I will not stay there again!

Started off terrible. The lady who checked us in was very rude and had a lot of anger in her look and tone when speaking to me. But after 2 hours, the manager finally checked us in and was very accommodating and after that, everything went well and no more issues. Even the lady who checked us out was very polite and pleasant. Only the first lady who checked us in, well actually, she never checked us in, she just took up two hours of our time until the manager checked us in. she was just extremely rude and disrespectful to us, she does not belong in customer service at all.

It’s a busy hotel with lots of families visiting the theme parks. That’s not bad, but if you want a quiet hotel, this might not be the one. Rooms did keep out noise. Breakfast was good, but Hash House A-Go Go next door is REALLY good.
