Poor communication and dirty rental

I contacted host prior to booking about cleaning process and if I could ship an item ahead of our stay. I was told yes. Messaged host 2 weeks prior to stay asking for address to ship with no reply. Messaged 3 days prior to verify reservation and check in details. Reservation was confirmed and details would be sent 1 day prior. Check in details didn't arrive and I contacted host again. Rental was dirty overall including bedding. Very disappointed.
