There was 3 roaches in my room ..i sent pictures to the front desk. The light in the bathroom went out and noone was around to replace it at all. I had to shower in the dark. The bed was sunken in. The room smelled like urine and cigarettes. I couldnt take it after 4 hours of being in that rokm so i had to sleep in my car.

When we walked in the smoke was smell was terrible. Even though we wanted a none smoking room. When my husband asked should we change rooms. I said no I’m tired and just want to sleep. During the night we discovered the toilet was clogged and the handle was broken and even though we got it to flush it overflowed in the am. The sink faucet was missing a restrictor and sprayed water everywhere. The carpet was so filthy it came with large black spots all over. The fan was broken and dust globs hanging from it. The lampshades looked like they had been throw. Across the room. To top it off they charged us a $75.00 security deposit and no mention of that during to booking process. Terrible terrible nights sleep.

Not Good...

This facility surprised me... I chose this as a late night stay over after my trip from Miami to see a baseball game. So really wasn't expecting much. The service was excellent Nicole was top notch but the room quality was terrible. The light switch on the bathroom was installed upside down; the door in bathroom was dirty and was falling off the hinges; there were multiple paint stains on the floor; there was a light shining in the window at night and the shade really didn't help; the floor was stained and dirty. Room # was 123. I woke in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and there was a cockroach on the floor.

The staff was all very polite, however there were many issues with the hotel. First, the elevator was broken so everyone had to take the stairs. Next was the smell. Even though there are signs saying it is non smoking it smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Next was the bathroom in our room. The toilet did not flush well, and it woke us up several times throughout the night because it would make this very loud noise. The water in the shower would not get very hot, luke warm at best. And there were not enough towels provided. It was hard to feel a sense of privacy when there was almost a half an inch gap on the bottom of our door. I personally wouldn’t stay here again

The hotel is just ok. It’s an old building. The elevator is constantly out of order. The rooms are ok. Breakfast is poor (bread, cereal, oatmeal). That’s it. Staff is always willing to help and nice. Cleaning can be better.
