部屋は広くて快適、家具は少し古い気がしましたフロントの営業時間が朝9時～夕方5時というのは非常に不便、到着が遅くなった場合は滞在中に一度ﾁｪｯｸ　ｲﾝする必要が有り、ﾃﾞｽﾞﾆｰﾗﾝﾄﾞの開園8時にあわせて出かけることが出来なくなる

uneasy feeling about this company

Firstly, they took a security deposit of $250 of which they deduct a fee of $45 for cleaning (which I don't mind) but I still cleaned the house and even washed all the sheets for their cleaner, yet this company has not returned the remainder $205 of the deposit even after many emails and a phone call to which they said they would do it 5 days ago. I added 1 night to the booking and they claimed that they had made a mistake and were fully booked already and even for the next days. They stated that they could not offer anything and left me simply waiting. After a lengthy wait, they eventually offered me a villa that was 15 miles further south, and asked that I pay an extra $100. I said I would take it at the same price as my booking - not exactly a deal as it meant driving in heavy traffic every day both ways to get back to the main attractions. Plus our family of 3 could not use any more bedrooms, so 2 rooms were left untouched. Immediately after arriving I noticed a few defects and cleaning issues which were reported to lexington within minutes of opening the door. The villa was a mid-terrace small house with a plunge pool that was initially warm when we arrived but days later was cold. The A.C. was uncontrollable as it had some kind of smart control that was set by the owner. The temperature was set too high and I was left sweating each night. The TV was basic and had poor reception. WiFi was intermittent at night when the neighbourhood was busy.

Great vacation hotel

Condo was close to Disney Springs, fast food restaurants are within walking distance (Starbucks, Cici's, Dunkin Donuts), and there's even a Dollar Tree store. The balcony overlooks lake Bryan. Overall, planning to come back to this hotel.

Close proximity to Disney World

A few misunderstandings with Lexington. I'm not sure who was at fault but they were quickly resolved. My son loved fishing off the pier.

Very disappointed!!!!!

Lexington condos has a great location. Condo very spacious. Staff on location very nice. Condo was NOT the best cleanliness. My son and I left with a rash on our body. And to top it off there was a BED BUG attached to by body. After sending pictures and a couple of back and forward emails all i got from management was; we checked the room we didn't find anything!!!! How do you check for bed bugs in hours after you receive an email? A tiny microscopical tiny bug!!!! Not a happy camper.

Nice and New

We rented a 5 bedroom townhouse. They are still building Festival up. We went to Disney for a race weekend. There is a way to the parks without getting on I4 so we avoided that traffic. Downtown Festival is really cute and fun. Free arcade w/karaoke, free putt putt, free splash pad water park & pool and gym. The restaurant, ice cream and general store do not accept cash, card only. The wildlife is abundant. Saw alligators in two different body's of water around the property. Sandhill Cranes walk around there with their baby. Saw some sort of wildlife everyday during my whole duration. I like that kind of stuff.

A Very Nice Surprise!

I was able to find a 5 bedroom rental through Lexington Vacation by Stark Hospitality at Festival Resort in Davenport, FL. To my surprise, it was more than I was expecting. Our rental was very clean, spacious, almost a bathroom in every room with a screened in patio and jet pool. Walking distance from our rental was the general store, Ice Cream parlor, restaurant, arcade, gym, big pool and splash area for the kids. My grandkids had an amazing time. The staff was the best ever!!!! Very helpful!!! The location is a safe place for family with children. Kind of quiet but I like it a lot. Great for large family gathering. There were very few things that I noticed but was able to have solved. Our location was about 20 minutes from Disney, less than a mile from the main strip with shopping stores, cafes and restaurants. You would need a car but it’s all worth it.

Horrible check in

Checking in was horrible I arrived a little after 4pm and I had to wait almost two hours to access the room. The explanation given previous tenants did not want to depart (checkout) and the reservation for that unit was for me .. I had to wait until the cleaning staff finish cleaning the unit so can utilize the room ... a bottle of wine was given with an apology letter saying "sorry for your room not being ready" the view of the unit was very beautiful front desk was very respectful but it was a very long wait and I have been riding for hours to reach that destination if I will ever come back again to this location probably not due to the delay Ivery never experience this before this was the first and probably it will be the last . Also I had to ask for a receipt for my transaction I didn't get a map of the location where my unit was I didn't get anything but keys to the room and basically explaining where to go....I just thought that was a little unprofessional on their behalf for not one providing a receipt and two no letter or note explaining any stipulations of the unit as far as cleaning the unit taking your trash out making sure dishes are clean all that was given when it was time to get ready to check out prior to the day of.
