Enjoy a comfortable and spacious stay in this beautifully designed 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa located in a popular resort community just a short walk from the clubhouse. With over 2,500 sq ft of space, this home is ideal for families and groups looking for both relaxation and entertainment.

The home features a bright and open layout with cozy seating throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay and includes a breakfast bar with seating for four, while the dining area seats six guests. You can also enjoy meals outdoors with a patio dining table for six.

The living room is perfect for unwinding, offering a Smart TV and a large sectional sofa that comfortably fits everyone.

For entertainment, the home includes a game room equipped with an Xbox One, two gaming chairs, a Fast & Furious racing setup (please note: the left racing unit is not working), and a Sonic basketball arcade game—great for both kids and adults.

Step outside to your private screened-in pool and spa, providing a relaxing and private outdoor space. Pool heating is available for $60 per day. The patio also includes sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a safety fence for added protection.

Host was fantastic with communications. Once getting through the line at the gate, check in was easy. Host provided details that were easy to follow to obtain guest passcode for gates. Once passcodes were received they allowed us entry to any of the champions gate areas. Allowed us to take smaller kids to play areas easily. Pool at house was very clean and nice. Pool and hot tub were definite highlight for kids. We had pool heated and was very nice. Kids loved the pool! The child fence around pool was very difficult to unlock and lock for an adult. I had no worries that one of the kids would be able to unlatch it to access pool. Outdoor table was under covered area so nicely shaded. Chaise lounges provided in outdoor space also. Absolutely loved the outdoor space. Game room had one of the driving games would not work. We notified host and provided error message on game screen for repair person to correct. House had pool table upstairs den area that we did not get a chance to use as kids bedrooms are all in area. I would recommend that pool table be moved to game room area so adults can access after smaller kids go to bed. Our host was very quick to answer questions or provide solutions for the small issues we had. I loved this property and would consider staying her in future. Our house was very roomy.

The only reason I am giving 1 star is because you can’t just give 1/2. I would certainly NOT recommend anyone to book this place, it was absolutely filthy and the bedding was so dirty we could not even sleep in the master. There was sand in the sheets so we pulled the sheets off to wash them and the mattress pad was even worse with stains on it black particles spread out on top of the pad. We ended up sleeping on the couch.The laundry room had water on the floor, lint on the laundry door and also the walls and floor. The pool was dirty and that is because one section of the poolScreen was dangling from the frame and was wide open for bugs to enter.The garbage dusposal drain was plugged and the game room only had 1/2 of the items that actually worked.Contacting the host immediately was a waste of time as he did not respond to our complaints until the next day. By that time, we had found another place to stay as we were not willing to spend another night there. I requested a refund and the host went dark on me and quit communicating
..guessing that is not going to happen.Certainly was not what was presented on the VRBO website.
