House was nice, no major issues. great communication easy check in. Ill give it a 4.5 rating. I would definitely revisit.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were great. The only issue was that the movie room wasn't cleaned (food on and under the chairs) as well as the stairwell not being clean. Despite this I would rent again

Spacious and fun themes - plenty of space, not great quality

The house is in a nice neighborhood, but it’s quite a drive from all the parks with traffic. When we checked prior to going, it looked to be 25 minutes to Parks, but this was more like 45-60 minutes with traffic which always seemed to be present. House was clean and looked good upon initial impression, but not a great quality built home. We arrived to broken outdoor furniture, really dirty grill (despite a significant rental and cleaning fee for use, damaged/stained indoor furniture, and very little in the way of everyday essentials. There was a single roll of paper towel, 1 roll of TP per bathroom, no spices, sugar or other basic kitchen staples. This was the most sparse home we’ve stayed in from VRBO. Hot tub was same temp as pool, just had jets. Indoor plumbing had warm water, but not hot. Rental company was very friendly and responsive. I notified them of damaged furniture as soon as we found it. We found bugs in one of the bathrooms and they sent someone the same day to take care of it. Overall I’d say the management company did a good job, but the rental is not the quality we expected for the price or what we’ve come to expect with our VRBO rentals.

Thanksgiving with the family

The house is big enough for large group some of the rooms 2 beds have a trundle. There are some spare blankets and pillows. Every person gets their own personal towel bundle for use. The lounge has minimal activities for the kids not many options(board games maybe). There is a small air hockey the problem is that is loud when people are trying to sleep you just hear a clink sound. I hope they had games(pool table or air hockey arcade games in the garage since it's just a big empty space. The table outside holds only 4 people not big enough for a large group. The dining room table is full of dishes and glasses you need to clear the table in order to use it. I didn't like that. The turn around for this house is so fast that they don't have time to replace damaged items. My handicap dad almost fell on one of the deck chairs is broken. The kitchen trash can is broken. One of the dining room chairs has a hole inside the fabric. Two white chairs in the lounge area are broken. The house needs some TLC. I don't think I'll be returning to this house.

Great family time

This is a great house. Me and my family enjoyed staying here. It's spacious and each room has It's own theme. The theater room is awesome but the game room only consists of a TV with playstation and air hockey table. We would definitely stay here again.
