Only a few short minutes from Walt Disney World and a short drive to Orlando's other famous attractions like Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Legoland. Our Solterra Resort villa sits nestled off Interstate 4 and Hwy 27, which has easy access to shops, restaurants, and world class golf!

Room Details:

Master bedroom - En-suite (private) bathroom, walk-in shower with two separate faucets, dual sinks and a walk-in closet. Room features a king-size bed with a 65inch UHD (4K) Smart TV, and ceiling fan. (New mattress 2024)

Bedroom 2 - Features a new (2024) queen bed with a 43" 4K Smart TV, ceiling fan and private closet. Has its own private, en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub.

Bedroom 3 - Features a queen-sized bed, 32" Smart TV, private closet, dresser and ceiling fan.

Right outside is the Den, with its own couch, 50 inch HD Smart TV, Xbox One S game system!

Bedroom 4 - This one is special for the kids! Featuring an awe-inspiring floor-to-ceiling underwater themed mural! Equipped with a set of bunk beds (with full-sized mattresses), and 43" Smart TV. Comes with some board games and books to help keep the kids entertained. It also has a small walk-in closet and dresser.

Bedroom 5 (Handicap Suite) - this one is for special needs guests and is accessible with many features.
- Queen Size Bed (new 2023) with Mobile Lift, dresser, nightstand and ceiling fan.
- Private bathroom is also provided, roll-in shower with 2 separate shower heads (as well as hand-held shower head), gurney & shower chair, and toilet with grab bars, dual sinks and spacious closet.
- A 32" Smart TV w/ BluRay Player
- Pool has a hoist as well as a ramp leading out to the pool deck from the living room.
- Accessibility items are provided as a guest convenience; if you require specific items or find that one of the provided items does not suit your needs, contact information for a local rental provider will be provided to the guest, at their own expense. Unfortunately, we cannot meet everyone's specific needs, although we do try!

The Games Room comes equipped with a pool table and air-hockey table!

The Living Room features an open air design, connecting to the dining rooms and the kitchen. It has a 65inch UHD (4K) Smart TV with digital cable box! It has enough room to fit the whole family.

The large kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and has everything you should need during your stay! A microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and dishwasher are provided, as well as, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, and glasses! There are plenty of counter-tops for cooking, as well as the island counter in the middle!

400-mbps WiFi is provided! Free local calls.

The pool is located right on the patio, with a safety gate all around to keep the young ones safe. Features multiple seating areas, sun loungers and a gas grill! Heating is available for an additional fee, please see note at the end of the description.

The Pool is also fully accessible, with a ramp from the living room to the pool deck, and a powered lift for the pool.
**Please use caution near the equipment and do not allow children to play near it. Thank you!

Pool doors are equipped with chimed alarms to ensure young children are safe. Pool also equipped a safety fence. Please DO NOT fully remove the safety fence provided on the pool deck. Always replace and secure the fence when the pool or deck is not in use. Fence must be fully replaced upon check-out.


Posner Park Shopping Mall is located 5-10 minutes away and features many, many shops, restaurants as well as a luxury movie theater! Solterra is a gated community and features its own club house with a large swimming pool (complete with a water slide!), a spa, 24-hour fitness center, business center, Volleyball Courts and Tennis & Basketball Courts, a soccer (football) goal, as well as a children's playground and picnic areas. There is also a poolside restaurant/bar (see amenities section below). The Lazy River is now open! One-time fee required for entry.

Solterra is located right next to Champion's Gate, which features world class golf with its 3 separate courses including a Greg Norman design as well as a David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Also around the corner is Reunion Resort with its Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Tom Watson designed courses! Not to mention the numerous amount of other courses located all around Central Florida! Please Note:
A Starter Kit of supplies is provided to get you started upon arrival. Additional supplies may be necessary; we recommend planning a trip to a local grocery store after settling in.

A Gas BBQ Grill provided free of charge. Guests must clean and empty the drip pan after each use. Guest must replace the gas propane tank if needed.

No commercial or recreational vehicles, including (but not limited to) tractor trailers, cabs, boats, personal watercraft, recreational vehicles, trailers of any kind, including (but not limited to) hitch trailers, 5th wheel trailers, and gooseneck trailers; or any vehicle that is hauled on a trailer can be parked on property overnight.

Limit of 4 vehicles per reservation.

Pool heating is $35 per day, and must be requested and paid in advance. Heating is required to be on for the entire stay. (Minimum 3-nights required if your stay is shorter) Pool heaters are typically set between 88F and 90F, while spas (if available) are set to 104F. Pool heating required for spas to heat up

*Pool disclaimer: No specific regular pool temperature can be guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter generally when days are short, pool heaters may struggle, or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (72 to 48 hours) to your arrival. Without optional pool heat, pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March, depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during, or after Central Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.

*Unfortunately, we are unable to activate / deactivate the pool heater on short notice or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service, but we will try our best to accommodate you. We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit can be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason.
