Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Nice place
The house was nice however we had one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. No wash cloths only bath towels and Hand Towels and one trash bag. We had to go out and purchase these items for the house. The other complaint would be the line of traffic coming into the subdivision.

Summer vacation
Overall everything was as pictured and nice! My family really enjoyed the size and design of the townhome. It wasn’t far from the community center even though we only used it once. My only cons were: the en suite had a slight pet odor, I don’t know why because the property said no pets allowed. The tv in the en suite only connected to the WiFi the first night, after that I could only watch the local channels. The trash can in the kitchen’s foot petal was broken but we worked around it. Pros: convenient location, the ac was acting up the first night but maintenance came and fixed it the next morning without us even requesting, there was enough room to enjoy the space without feeling cluttered. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Fabulous Accommodations
I am beyond happy we decided to rent this property during our week vacation in Davenport. It was centrally located, close to Walmart, Posner Park shopping area, and many restaurants and gas stations. The check in and out process was seamless and the house was impeccably clean. The modern design and decor made it feel very cozy and comfortable. The pool area was in amazing shape and although one panel screen above the pool was broken, the management company had someone there the second day we were there to fix the problem, without having to contact them!
The linens, kitchen utensils and space in general was in good shape. The house was in short walking distance to the pool and was situated on a nice block for taking a short walk. The communication with the management property was very efficient and timely! I would definitely recommend this property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
