The interior features stylish decor, two living areas, and a game roomâall within the secure Solterra resort. The resort provides amenities such as a beach-entry pool, water slide, lazy river, tennis courts, and a gym, and is situated just 15 miles from Disney and near Champions Gate's shopping and dining venues.
Solterra Sunshine has a uniquely designed pool area, including a large extended pool deck, a 30 ft pool, and an in-ground spa. The LED pool and cage lighting can change color to create different atmospheres. The pool is saltwater chlorinated, which is gentler on the skin. Enjoy the wonderful South facing views over meadows from the comfortable outdoor living area.
As you enter you are greeted by the spacious foyer and large, open concept living space complete with an island Kitchen and dining area, ideal for everyone can gather comfortably for meals.
Our fully equipped kitchen comes with fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook a snack or a feast.
The large table can seat all the family/friends to gather. If your group is a small one, donât worry, our home is very homely and comfortable for smaller groups as well as large.
The luxuriously appointed living area features a large smart tv with comprehensive entertainment package and comfortable sofas and reclining chairs.
As you walk out of the living area to a grand, covered lanai and pool with spa, you will find the outdoor oasis you would expect in your dream vacation home.
The very large extended deck - specially designed by us, has amazing South and West facing open views over meadows, it is the perfect place for fun and relaxation. Our luxury outdoor furniture offers a very comfortable seating area with cooling fans if it gets too warm for you, and there are plenty of loungers for the sun worshippers in your party, plus a dining area. There is a pool bath for added convenience. Handrails and wide steps make accessing our pool easy. All doors to the pool area are alarmed and there is a pool safety fence.
The Game Room with pool/ping pong table/pool table, foosball, air hockey, darts is another great space for fun for everyone.
On the ground floor there is a large Master king Suite with Master Bathroom, separate shower, and soaker tub, plus a King bedroom with Ensuite shower room. All bedrooms come with luxury linens and smart tv.
Upstairs, you will find a spacious second sitting room with Large TV, and gaming table and Xbox 1 with Games package to download games. This second sitting room offers family and guests plenty of space to enjoy their favourite activities, or simply relax!
Then there are super comfy bedrooms - the second Master king Suite with shower and dual vanity, 1 spacious king bedroom with jack and jill bathroom adjoining twin room - (this room can convert to a king if you require 5 kings and 2 twins), 2 twins sharing a bath with tub, to complete the second floor and providing guests with a very restful sleep after a day of fun in the Florida sun!
Our home is energy efficient, fully air conditioned throughout and smart home enabled.
Our wonderful management company, based close by, keep our home in immaculate condition and are fastidious about cleanliness.
The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry heated pool, with slide, there are cabanas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting area for when the sun gets too warm. There is an outdoor kitchen and inside the club house you will find a TV, more luxury seating and refreshment area - The Snack Bar and Lazy River is a wonderful addition to the already amazing facilities in the club house area! There is also a gym if you have any energy left and tennis and pickle ball courts, volleyball and Childrens play area. All this approximately a 9-minute walk of our home and included in your rental rates. (Parking available at the Club house) Please note the Community make a one time charge of $35-45 per group per stay to use the community facilities during your stay - payable on first use.
The Parks are very easy to reach - our home is only a few minutes off the I4 and from there its about 15 minutes to Disney, 25 to SeaWorld and about 30 to Universal depending on traffic. There is also a quiet way avoiding the I4 to and from the 192 - and the quick back way to Disney - up Lake Wilson Road. There are two supermarkets within 5 minutesâ drive, as well as Restaurants and Pizza places, at Reunion crossroads and Champions Gate - New Restaurants at Champions Gate are a great addition to the area.
We have baby crib, pack play, highchair and safety gates - no extra charge.
The pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost of $40 per night, during warmer months spa heat only is available at $20 per night - you can add this after booking.
There is a Gas BBQ available for additional cost, $75 plus tax, cost includes Gas bottle (one per stay, guests to replenish if more needed) Guests are asked to leave in a clean condition.
