Nestled in a tranquil residential area near the US 27/US 192 Junction, our villa is perfectly positioned for exploring all that Florida has to offer. Wonderful place to stay

Our stay was wonderful! The property is spacious, inviting, and provided the perfect setting for quality time together. We especially enjoyed the pool — definitely a highlight! The location is also a plus, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. A pleasant and convenient place to stay!

Not the cleanest.

House was beautiful. The beauty did not make up for the lack of cleanliness. The rooms were dusty, the laundry roomed smelled like urine, the towels smelled of cologne. There was hair and dirt inside the shower and the floors were dirty. The trash from the previous renters remained on the curb for our entire visit. The home could not have been cleaned befor we arrived.

Amazing place! Highly recommended!

We were super impressed with the house and amenities. The themed bedrooms were adorable and everything was very clean. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Large TVs in every room. We had fun playing in the game room. The location was great for getting to the theme parks and plenty of restaurants within a few miles. Great mini golf just a few miles away too. We had an amazing time and it was wonderful to have the whole place to ourselves to enjoy the pool and relax as much as we wanted. We will definitely be back! Was just what our family needed!

Not fit for families

The house itself is great, however, the items that were not included were insane. One towel per person, no pool towels. Not enough silverware, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, no kitchen towels or rags, only a sponge. No spices and 2 pans in the whole place. We stay at homes when traveling to be able to cook, save money, and spend time there. The lack of simple amenities for 16 people for 7 days was disappointing. We did still have a great time, but we had to buy a lot of items that should have been provided.

Excellent house

Very comfortable and spacious for my family of 24 people. The only thing was, it did not include enough towels/cloths. I think we only had 10 towels at most, so we had to go out and buy our own towels during our stay. Terrific area though, would love to stay there again in the future!

Perfect piece of paradise

We were so impressed with the property. The only thing I would suggest is better parking but in that neighborhood, we just did the best we could. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. It was also close to everything we wanted to do while we were there. One of our kids locked the door to the game room while we were there and the property managers were quick to respond when I messaged them. The communication was the best! We loved the access to the pool and I'd say the only time someone wasn't in it was when we were gone. The kids loved the entire experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house

This is a very beautiful and comfortable house. It was 14 of us. The communication was amazing. They reply very fast. My family had an amazing time at the house in the pool and game room. I will totally rent this house again. Thanks for your hospitality.

Annual family vacation

This was such an amazing experience this year. The house was immaculate and a wonderful location when corresponding with the renters they got back with us right away and answered any questions that we had. There was a small issue with the toilet, not flushing upstairs and the same day we checked in somebody came and checked the toilet, which there wasn’t anything wrong with it, it was more That we just needed to juggle the handle. The issue was fixed right away and the renters even dropped off bottles of water and cinnamon rolls for the inconvenience. I definitely will be booking this house multiple times for our vacations.

Wonderful property awesome hosts

This house was exactly what was advertised it’s a very beautiful and comfortable place to stay at. We had our whole family from ages 84 to 3 and you could be together or have peace and quiet when needed with lots of space. We used the pool and spa everyday it was so fun and relaxing. Very close to everything we wanted to do including our first Disney world trip. The hosts Kent and Stacie were very awesome hosts very responsive and addressed and concerns or questions as fast as we sent them. We would definitely would stay here again if we go back to Florida. I wish we find great hosts and properties in all the states we visit. Thank you very much for making our trip comfortable and pleasant we appreciate it.

Stacie and her husband were wonderful hosts. No stay anywhere is without its issues, but stacie took care of any and all issues quickly and with constant communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at one of their properties again!

Family Vacation

From our arrival to our departure, this place was spectacular. We had plenty of room to accommodate everyone and we were close to all the Disney parks and shopping centers. The favorite part of our day was relaxing in the pool and the hot tub after being at the parks. Stacie was quick to answer any questions we had and was very attentive to anything we needed. When we return to Florida, this will definitely be our place to stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and all the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend choosing this home as a place to choose for your family vacation.

The house is very nice and definitely enough room to accommodate a large family. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub after long days spent at the parks. I think the only recommendations I have is to do some updating. All the bathrooms need updated. And it would be a good idea to add more seating in the living room. Another couch and chair. The game room and theatre area really needs some attention. The projector is out dated and we had trouble getting a clear picture. Hockey table didn’t work and the couch needs thrown out in that room. The parking situation is awful but that can’t be fixed as the driveways are so small. Neighborhood association should probably not allow people to park on both sides of the street but honestly I’m not sure where people would park then? Stacie was great though! Always answered any texts quickly..even on thanksgiving day!! Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property. Especially to families with kids as the decorating is geared towards that in many of the bedrooms.

Best FL stay!

Brought a troop of 16 scouts to stay here during our weeklong trip this summer. The house was great, just as described! The place was clean, everything worked properly, and there was helpful signage around the house with info about the pool, trash taken out, etc. Convenient location, close to everything we needed! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
