From the minute I checked in, the experience was fantastic! Everyone was extremely welcoming from the staff at the desk, the coffee shop, restaurant, etc. Shuttle was a great addition and had no problem with pickup or drop off. Rooms were great..did have one small hiccup with housekeeping but it was immediately corrected. Definitely worth the stay and I’ll absolutely be back!

I did not eat breakfast so I can’t comment on that. The room was very warm and that made it almost impossible to sleep. I kept waking up trying to and just the a/c but nothing worked. Even though the temperature displayed 65. The room fell like a 80. This morning the temperature in the room finally dropped to a comfortable one

Very conveniently located to the Orlando Airport. Very friendly, easy and professional check-in. Clean, comfortable room and quiet. Very good price compared to other hotels near the airport. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We had to wait a bit for the hotel shuttle as the first shuttle couldn't accommodate all of the people waiting.
