Pool Heat: Warm up your pool and hot tub for an additional $35 per day. Please request at least 3 days before arrival to ensure availability.

Grill Rental: Enhance your outdoor dining experience with our grill options:

3-burner grill: $85 per week

4-burner grill: $105 per week

Early Check-in/Late Check-out: $45/hour (subject to availability)

Self-Catering: Please stop by a local supermarket to purchase your personal toiletries and desired food items. A starter set of essential toiletries and cleaning supplies is provided for your convenience.



Note: As per Florida law, we are unable to leave open food in the property, so all food items will be removed after each guest’s stay. Items such as condiments, coffee powder, and salt/pepper are not provided before check-in.



Security & Safety:

Video Cameras: For security purposes, we have exterior cameras facing the driveway and garage. These are motion-activated and record solely for security and liability reasons. Disabling or tampering with the cameras may result in eviction without refund.



Trash Disposal: Please adhere to the resort’s trash collection schedule and place trash in the designated resort dumpster daily.



Package Delivery:

You are welcome to have packages delivered to the property during your stay. Please note that only UPS, DHL, or FedEx can deliver to vacation homes. USPS will not deliver packages to vacation rentals.



Health and Safety:

Your health and safety are our top priority. Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every stay, using hospital-grade cleaning products and following CDC and WHO guidelines. High-touch surfaces such as door handles and light switches are given extra attention, and all linens and towels are washed at high heat to ensure cleanliness.



Guest Access:

Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.

Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.



Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.

Pool Heating Service

$35 per day

Please request at least 24 hrs before check-in so the water’s toasty when you arrive (heating takes time!)



Grill Rental

4 Burner ($105/week) One full propane tank is provided.

Additional day: $15 per day

Extra Propane Gas: $40



Please note that f you require an extra propane tank during your stay (for example, if the gas runs out due to frequent use), the vendor charges an additional $40 for the refill.

Additional Services (requires extra payment):

Pool Heater Operational Hours: 9AM-9PM

Please send your pool request 3 days before your arrival.

The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.

Please note that during winter cold months, pool heaters will generally heat the water temperature to 78-82°F and may be unable to go much higher because of the cold ambient temperature.

• Fresh bed linens & towel sets for every guest.

• Pool towels: for use at the home’s private pool only—please don’t take them to the resort clubhouse or hang them over the pool fence.

• Starter supplies (one-time setup):

• Kitchen trash bags (13-gallon) for initial days

• Dish soap, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, body wash & Rolls of paper towels for initial days

• Tip: These are starter amounts; nearby stores (and a resort convenience shop) have plenty of extras if you need them.

🚗 Parking

The house accommodates up to 3 vehicles

No parking on grass or sidewalks – Strictly prohibited

One-side street parking only – Follow posted street signs

No street parking on Kaipo Rd. – Unauthorized vehicles will be towed

Tow enforcement: Violators may be towed without warning from 8 PM to 7 AM



👥 Guest Registration

• Before arrival, please provide the full names of everyone in your party who is 18 years old or older. This is required by the resort for gate access and helps us streamline your check-in.

Resort pass sharing is not allowed.



🚭 House Rules

1. No smoking or vaping inside the home.

2. No parties or events—thank you for respecting our neighbors.

3. Resort quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM; please keep noise to a minimum during this time.
