While this started out decent, with communication and reminders via email and text, once we arrived it was determined one shower wasn't working. We were assured it would be fixed by Tuesday (we arrived Sunday and checked out the next Sunday), when we arrived back to the room it was not. On Wedneday evening, when once again it was not fixed when we arroved back to the unit, I was told the 1st plumber let them down, that they were sending another and that for my inconvenience they would credit my payment method one night (approx $100), on Thursday no repair still and I was then told that the part was unavailable and it would not be fixed the entire stay. I called and spoke to local support on Friday and asked what else they could do for us since now we would only have one working shower for the whole week, the agent was not pleasant and said he would do nothing else. I asked for a call from the owner of the unti since on the email/vmail he states he wants you to have a great experience. No one called back. I called again Sunday before leaving and talked to someone more pleasant, asked for a call again and said I wanted to resolve the issue BEFORE I left my review. Still no call, no text, no email. So here it is. The unit was fairly clean, it's not updated but is functional when it comes to the kitchen, laundry and of course one of the two showers. It has carpet, which should be yanked because afterall it's a rental. It had light stains here and there and a musty smell
