This town house condo has been completely renovated . It is a 1500 sq foot two story of living space with brand new furniture. Kitchen completely stocked .Carpets replaced upstairs . Reclining upgraded couches . We have redesigned bedrooms, and living space that is designed to be welcoming and comfortable. It is a child friendly environment designed to let them run around , play and have fun. Additionally, it includes amenities for babies and toddlers with a high chair for eating, stroller for taking for walks or using at Disney and a playpen for sleeping.

Our town home is short walk from the Clubhouse and all of the amenities.

KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM

The kitchen is a self-contained kitchen with all your comforts from home including all appliances. The kitchen is equipped with a Cuisinart/ Kureg Coffee machine and Magic Bullet blender for your convenience. The living room has two reclining leather couches that are comfortable to sit or nap on after a day at the pool. The design of the house furniture is to ensure the house stays hygienic and dust free to ensure we have a pleasant experience as we all prefer to stay somewhere very clean.

THE RESORT

The resort has a 2.5 acre water park with water slide, lazy river, children’s pool, Adult pool, hot tub and much more. This resort has something for all age groups and caters to everyone. Regal Palms Resort and Spa is the place to be while in the Sunshine State!!!

When you stay at Regal Palms you have complete access to our swimming complex which includes a Resort Pool, Lazy River and Water Slide. The check in process was great..but the house itself was very hot.. the ceiling in the master bedroom didn’t work.. their was a big roach in the downstairs bedroom..an they have the temp setting set in that house an u can’t control the temperature because its locked I told the host the house was hot she didn’t say anything to have that fixed overrall the resort is great I will not be staying with this host anymore but I will be returning to the resort

Perfect condo for Disney Vacation

Wonderful property! Close to pool facilities and very convenient to get to Disney parks. The screened in patio was recently added and is a great place to sit in the morning with a cup of coffee. Will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay from check in to check out! Check in was a breeze - I received all information from the owners before checking in, when I had questions they responded quickly. The house was welcoming, just what we needed. It was very close to the pool, we've stayed in this resort before and had to drive to the pool so this was a plus. The beautiful seating area outside was a plus, only downfall was we couldn't figure out how to get the TV connected to the wifi to watch it, but that is user error and not a huge issue for us since we spend most of our time outside of the home. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here while traveling to Orlando for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios. We had a great stay and the host was very attentive, as well as the property manager. My family really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone it was just a couple block to walk to the pool.

Gorgeous, centralized, well kept and most of all we were happy.

The place was clean, centralized to both team parks and shopping. We were very very happy with the transition of being there and checkin.

Perfect!

Everything was great! Owner was great and place was very clean. Short walk to the pool area and easy drive to the parks and convention center.

Perfect for families

Place was great for us 8 people. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my mom who is older and can't walk the stairs. Cindy was great at accommodating anything we needed.
