Great vacation home.

Location is close to everything. Family enjoyed everything about this property. Just do not put trash in containers outside in the evening. Raccoons will come remove trash from containers and spread everywhere. Again excellent property and will return agin next trip to Orlando.

Overall, good experience

A couple of things could have made the experience excellent:1. QR code for community gate didn’t work sometimes. I think the issue was with the actual gate mechanism 2. WiFi and internest was extremely weak3. A rodent constantly got into the trash on the exterior

Nice Property

Amazing stay, the house is great. The only disappointment was there is no grill that comes with the house - it’s available for rent. I’ve stayed in Storey Lake homes for the past 4 years and never had to rent a grill. Aside from that, the house is nice, especially the pool area. Would definitely recommend.

2 family vacation

We were a 2 family vacation and this house was perfect! Right amount of space and amenities! We didn’t use the common area, but we were close to Universal Studios and shopping. The pool was amazing! When we arrived we had to send a txt to management about some lights and pool cue being broken. With in 8 hours my txt on a sunday everything was taken care of
 we already discussed renting again!

Great Property

Property is located in close proximity to all parks. Kit hen is very well stocked with most of the tools you need to make a meal. Plenty of space for 10 people! Will definitely return!

Family Vacation

Overall great property. As described. Met our needs. Plenty of space. Pool and game room were great. Some of the cloth furniture was dirty. The home theater room didnt work...big disappointment. My tech savy son found it was a problem with the HDMI cable running through the wall. The grill was disgusting and unusable. The nearby water park/gym/mini golf was great.

This was an amazing house, with great theming in the rooms! I loved the location of the house in the development! It felt private. Everyone had plenty of space and we loved the pool. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Misleading & NOT ‘luxury’

Heart broken- Cheaply built!!! Pictures are misleading!!! They allowed us early check in and we did very much appreciate that. Once in the house, I sent messages about the couch needing covers and the front door not closing and received a quick reply; however, there were so many things about the house that were disappointing
 really broke my heart!! This was a Christmas present to my kids/grandkids- everyone was sadden with the house!!! And did I mention the CBD truck that continually circled the neighborhood :/

Wonderful family getaway location!!

WOW! This place was amazing! The movie room, game room, and the ample bedrooms / beds were awesome! We all felt like we had room to move and never like we were crowded which was awesome. It was clean and in good working order. I sent messages to ask questions during our stay and heard back so quickly each time. We had them come and adjust the pool temperature as it was too hot, but I think the hot tub being super hot constantly running into the pool is a design flaw IF you want a cooler pool. Some of our group just walked up to the clubhouse to use the cooler temperature pool after a few days of hoping to get the temp down. I very much would recommend staying here, but I think next time we would skip heating the hot tub.

Great Experience for Epic Universe

I had the chance to experience this fabulous location with family and friends. We stayed here in order to be there for epic universe on opening day. The house was fabulous from the space ship room to the frozen room as well as all of the master guest bedrooms. It was perfect. We enjoyed the game room as well as the pool and the location was perfect because we were near everything we needed 10 out of 10 recommend!! The communication with the host was great the entire time as well. I will definitely try to stay here for any of my future visits to the area.
