TERMS AND CONDITIONS

*The home has a Ring doorbell camera installed on the front of the house by the driveway. It has NO view of any guest spaces other than the driveway.

-Access to the waterpark, golfing and other Resort amenities are available with the booking for a Resort fee of $55/day (includes taxes) for the duration of the booking. All names of guests wishing to have access as well as payment are due at least 7 days in advance as we must submit to Membership prior to arrival. Passes will then be printed and available for pick-up the day of check-in.
-NO SMOKING in the property (if smoking outside, please dispose of all cigarette garbage properly)
- No pets are allowed
- Parking is only allowed in the driveway or designated street parking (security will ticket and tow)
- Tax is not included in nightly rates
- Pool heat is available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation by contacting the host.
- The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
-The main house will never be booked at the same time as the guest suite. However, owners may be in the main house during your stay, but there will be little to no interaction with them to ensure as much privacy.
