*Please note this is a completely non-smoking property, including outdoors. The homeowner is extremely allergic. There is a $500 NON REFUNDABLE SMOKING FEE if the house smells like smoke. This includes vaping.

that does not belong to this listing and please respect the privacy of the

other home and do not use any of the amenities in that area as they belong to

another property.

owner for prior approval before booking. Pets must be 3 years old or older. No

cats allowed, the homeowner is extremely allergic.

Please note that a $300 refundable pet deposit is required and will be charged

on site.
