Rooms were clean. Basics were provided such as TP, paper towels, towels, plates cups and utensils to eat with, a few detergent and dishwashing tabs to start with, etc. No frills, amenities were okay, staff were friendly, host easy to contact. When you leave, there were not a list of things you have to do to close out, that was nice. Would go back again.

Townhome is good for a short stay. It’s in a nice area with coffee shops and a few restaurants about 30 minutes to magic kingdom and Epcot. The inside is showing its age and a quick wipe of the floor showed it to be dirty and some areas needed a good dusting. Fridge was very clean. Biggest issue for us was all of the beds are like sleeping in a hard bench. Very uncomfortable we all agreed. And pillow had stains on it. Dishes, Keurig, Air fryer are in unit which was nice. Very quick and easy check in and check out. Communication and instructions from owner was great. All in all - it was okay but a good value for the price.

The stay was great!

The house was squeaky clean and was just as described on the listing. The clubhouse amenities were nice with the lazy river, bar/grill and slide. The host was very responsive and nice as well.

Nice quiet area

The property was good. You can feel safe there and its surroundings. The staff was polite and helpful. The only thing I didn't like much was that it is a little bit far from main attractions and the airport.

Long term stay

We stayed at Regal Palms Resort from Feb 10 to April 13 2024. Everything is your disposal, great amenities, David is a great host, everything is included in this unit. Restaurants and shopping near by, Publix at walking distance. We will return in 2025. Thank you David!

Very nice indeed!

This was a great place to stay! Lots of sleeping options. Two twin beds in one room, bunk beds (Twin over full) in the second room and a king in the master. Two baths made it super easy for everyone to get ready each day and the kitchen was well stocked with crockery, glasses, etc. Good parking for two cars. Washer/dryer set up, and a nice pool area. There is a small lazy river for little ones that is not over three feet deep, a water slide and an adult pool that can get to five feet deep. They have a small restaurant there as well as a snack bar, and you can buy a flotation device if you need one. Clean, well appointed in every area.
