The Space:

Welcome to your spacious and family-friendly resort home inside the gated ChampionsGate Resort community. This home is designed for comfort, fun, and relaxation—perfect for families and groups visiting nearby theme parks or simply enjoying a getaway.



Living Spaces:

The open-concept living room features plush sofas and a large Smart TV, offering a great spot to unwind. Upstairs, a bonus second living area provides additional seating and another Smart TV, perfect for guests who want to relax separately.



Kitchen and Dining:

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, cookware, and dinnerware. The dining area comfortably seats eight guests, while the breakfast bar with three cushioned stools is great for quick meals or as a laptop-friendly workspace for remote work.



Outdoor Oasis:

Step outside to a private screened-in patio with a swimming pool and overflow spa. Sun loungers are available for relaxing, while the outdoor dining area is perfect for meals by the pool. Pool heating is available for an additional fee (please request at least 48 hours in advance).

This home features six bedrooms and five full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. All bedrooms are located on the second floor, except for Bedroom 1, which is on the first floor.

A washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are available for guest use. Please note that washcloths are not provided—guests may want to bring their own.

The home is located within the ChampionsGate Resort community, approximately 27.4 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO), with a drive time of around 30 minutes depending on traffic. Travel times to local attractions vary, so checking a navigation app before heading out is recommended.



Other Things to Note:

Pool & BBQ

- Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. A BBQ grill is also available for an additional fee; please request it at least 48 hours before arrival.  It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.



Booking Requirements

- Lead guest must be 21 or older.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

You can self-check-in using the electronic keypad on the door. Access codes to the gated community and the home will be provided to you before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
