The room was clean and spacious, offering a comfortable layout overall. The in‑room kitchen was well equipped, featuring an electric cooking range, a full set of essential utensils, and convenient appliances such as a dishwasher and refrigerator. However, the refrigerator had visible dents, and the bed showed noticeable wear, including surface pitting, which affected the overall impression of the space.

The hotel needs major renovations. It is dirty, smell like dogs everywhere and was noisy due to dogs barking during the night. My room had some problems with the sprayer in the sink not working. I told the front desk of the problems, but they seemed to not care. It seems like they are use to hearing the same complaints. I would not recommend this location unless you like sleeping in filth. The hotel catered to the dogs more than they did the paying guest.

Customer Service was great. Room was clean. The reason I am giving a 4 start it’s because for the price the room is a bit dated. TV’s were pretty old school TV’s. The AC being in the bedroom was a bit annoying because it would wake us up when it would turn on in the middle of the night

bathroom light fixture kept popping out from ceiling violently multiple times, we fixed it and continued to occur. The smoke alarm in the bedroom went off for 20-30seconds every time someone opened the door after a shower and steam exited, often early in the Morning. Elevator was broken so only one available all weekend and often waiting for use of elevator. We also got stuck I. Said elevator.
