I give it a terrible rating because, they never gave me the house that I reserved and paid for. When we got there, someone else had taken over the house.

The stay was wonderful, the place looked clean but after walking around in stocking feet found that our bottom of socks were very dirty (black residue). The hot tub was not very clean either it had all kinds of dirt on the bottom of it. But these things did not ruin our stay, we enjoyed the pool and location of the place. The place did need a few things tended to, one being the screen on the door of the patio needed fixing,and the bathroom (master) needed a toilet paper holder rod.
