Stayed at quite a few places. Pictures are usually better than in person. Not the case here, place was very nice, and bigger than expected. Pool was very nice. Added bonus was Publix was right across the street along with Dunkin’ donuts. Many Restaurants were easy to drive to along with the Universal Parks. Would recommend Congo River Putt Putt (if that is your thing) Mice dinner at Oceanaire and fun dinner at Bahama Breeze, ate outside and listen to some live Reggae.

Comfortable Stay near Convention Center

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about reserving and staying at this property went smoothly. We were in town for a volleyball tournament. This unit gave us our own space to spread out, prepare meals, and do laundry. We were right next to the main pool and had easy access to the 1 mile walking path around the lake. The complex is conveniently located near a few restaurants that are easy to get into, a Publix, and a 3-5 minute drive to the convention center. The convention center is within walking distance but it was really hot when we stayed in early July so we chose to drive most days.All the directions for checking in and out were easy to follow. Communication and response were quick when we had some wasps show up on the patio. Communication was also quick and easy when we requested to extend our stay. The unit was well-kept and we would stay hare again.

Great Property & Rental

We stayed for 9 nights to visit our family in Florida and go to Universal Studios for four days. The property was very well kept overall. The actual condo was Judas t as described, clean, well appointed and we would love to stay again! It was really nice that the pool area was not crowded and there was zero noise to speak of despite being right by the clubhouse and pool. Very pleased and great value!

Condo was very nice, spacious, and clean. Monica was great about checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. It was located in the center of everything. The pool and clubhouse was very nice- they even had a DJ and poolside activities on Saturday when we were there which my kids very much enjoyed!The stroller was also a Godsend to walk around the amusement parks! We would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

Perfect spot for families

Our stay was wonderful. We’ve stayed at other condos at Vista Cay and this one quickly became our favorite. The location to the pool and club house couldn’t be better. There is minimal noise even with it being so close. The walking path is also right there for walks by the water. The unit itself is clean and well stocked. All of the gear needed for a baby was there which was perfect. Comfy beds and pillows. We will definitely be looking to book this unit again.
