I would like to leave an honest review about the apartment we stayed in. In all my years of traveling to Orlando, I have never experienced such a disappointing and even unsafe place to stay.I came here with my child to relax and enjoy our time in Orlando, but from the moment we checked in, it became clear that the apartment was in absolutely unlivable condition. It was emotionally difficult for me to realize that I had brought my child into such an environment.There is mold in the apartment — both on the ceiling and in the carpet — and the place clearly requires major repairs. This is a serious health risk, especially for a child. The carpets are in terrible condition: completely stained, dirty, and with a musty smell that indicates long-term moisture problems. The furniture and appliances are very old and heavily worn; the shower in the master bedroom doesn’t work. The bed linens had someone else’s hair on them, which is absolutely unacceptable for a rental property.When I complained on the first day, I received a compensation of 157, but that does not solve the problem. This apartment cannot be fixed with simple cleaning — only a full renovation and deep sanitation could make it suitable for guests.The only positive thing about this property is its good location near Universal Studios and Volcano Bay.
