Five bedrooms accommodate up to 12 guests with seven beds spread across the home. A ground‑floor bedroom shares a bathroom, while four upstairs bedrooms enjoy three additional baths, offering privacy and convenience for families or groups.

Enjoy the security and comfort of a gated resort community during your stay. The driveway offers space for up to three vehicles parked side by side.
Please note that the garage has been transformed into a game room, so indoor parking is not available.
Other Things to Note:
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Grill Information
Our grill is a propane grill. Please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.
Cleanliness & Pool Information
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, with our cleaning team adhering to the highest standards.
If you’d like to add pool heating to your stay, please notify us in advance so we can coordinate setup. Pool heating is available for $35 per day, billed separately. We request at least one week’s notice for this service. During cold or rainy weather, we do not recommend using the pool. The pool is serviced weekly, but after rainfall, some debris may wash in, which can cause the water to appear slightly cloudy.
Check-Out Policy
Check-out is at 10:00 AM sharp. Housekeeping is scheduled promptly after check-out to prepare the home for incoming guests. Late check-outs can impact cleaning schedules and future reservations. If you stay beyond your scheduled check-out time, a fee of up to $300 may apply.
Self-Catering & Supplies
This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, one roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen comes with a roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, dish soap, a sponge, and a coffee maker (coffee not provided). Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are also available for your use. If anything is missing, please notify us immediately upon arrival so we can restock.
