Privacy, Privacy, Privacy!! Located in the prestigious Tuscan Ridge Community , this outstanding luxury single story executive villa (Villa Tuscan Ridge) is situated on a large lot and features air-conditioning throughout and free High Speed Internet WIFI!

Our newly resurfaced, sparkling swimming pool faces southwest and a large conservation area, ensuring maximum privacy. Our heated hot tub is included in the rental of our home and the pool can be heated with an extra cost of 25$ per day. Please ask for this option in your inquiry if you are interested. A rental gas grill is also available for an extra cost.

Our stylish villa includes modern furnishings, HDTVs in all Bedrooms and living Room, Granite countertop in the Kitchen and all Bathrooms, a stunning Hot Tub on the pool deck, tennis table and pool table in the Game room and an Xbox console.

Villa Tuscan Ridge is a Luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with den vacation pool home located in the community of Tuscan Ridge in Davenport. Disney parks are just 15 minutes away and shops and restaurants are just a few minutes drive.

The living room and dining room have tile flooring. The living room has 2 comfy sofas and a flat panel 50" HDTV. Dining table seats 8 and the breakfast nook seats 4.

Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker and a stunning Granite counter top.

Full size washer and dryer in case you want to get the towels or linen washed during your stay. Master bedroom has a King size bed with a 32" HDTV and an en-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a 32"HDTV, 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with a 32"HDTV and the den can serve as a 4th Bedroom with its' queen size sofa bed.

House was clean, kitchen was functional for what we needed for the week. Perfect spot to stay for our conference at the Omni Resort—just an easy 10 minute drive.

Our stay was good. House was as expected with a few hiccups. Master BR: Carpet had not been vacuumed. The vacuum at the house did not pick up anything. Needs replaced. (We borrowed a friends vacuum on our 2nd day. Bed was very comfy. Plenty of storage.DR & LR: Both spaces were great. Kitchen: Needs updated pots and pan. A pitcher would be useful. There was 1 dishcloth in the whole kitchen.Laundry: Both machines worked well.Baths: Everything worked fine. Soaking tub in Master was Amazing. There were ZERO washcloths in the entire house. Texted manager. She said they had been removed because they were worn but housekeeping did not have replacements. She said they would bring some. Never happened.Pool Area: The reserve behind the home was great. We had to ask to have the hot tub cleaned and chemicals added. It was very yucky. This was taken care of in 2 days. Pool was freezing! It never got above 76* even with pool heat. Disappointing. It was nice having a bathroom accessible without going thru the whole house. Just a fyi-One of the pool enclosure doors would not close.Overall-a good stay. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great house to stay at

The house was very clean, spacious, pool was a highlight. Everything about this location was perfect. We couldn't have asked for more! Close to shopping, restaurants, quiet neighborhood, it is located at the back of the subdivision so there were just woods in the backyard with no homes behind you. So, while enjoying the pool you didn't have to wonder if someone was watching you. Highly recommend this home. The game room was a plus as well! Pool table, ping pong table, darts, etc.

This home was a great end to a long exhausting day at Universal with a pool to cool off in and a hot tub to relax back in. Lots of entertaining things to keep the kids occupied. Very clean, comfy beds and hot showers were a definite plus! Host was very response and kind.

The neighborhood and pool was nice. The house could have been cleaned better and there were holes in the wall. Little further away from the parks then I realized when booking. But overall a nice place.

Nice property

Check in was difficult, but issue was resolved. The home is very nice. Pool and hot tub were very nice. The location was really good. The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the kitchen didn’t have basic pans, enough glasses, or plates for one meal. The small Teflon skillet was VERY damaged. I was afraid to use it. There wasn’t any toilet paper in the house either. I guess people probably steal it. Overall we would definitely go back.
