I booked this one because it had great reviews but I dont see how it got that rating!! It felt like we were staying in the Overlook Hotel from The Shining!! The shower curtain had fallen down in the room, the door wouldn't close unless pushed hard, the blinds on the windows were a mess. The breakfast was sub par and by order only and took way too long to get 2 eggs and bacon. The front desk clerk at check in was disinterested in her job. There was only one ice machine on the fifth floor

The food is great but not all people eat pork or meat, you should vegetarian, people don't eat pork, there's a lot of turkey, chicken sausages and bacon. Please consider and offer at least two pieces of pancake and slice bread that food is not that expensive.

It was a nice stay, comfortable room with a view. Upkeep was lacking. Room was cleaned but not ‘clean’. Large window provided a great view of YE fireworks. Great number of ethnic restaurants nearby but many were closed because of the holiday. Probably not the best area. I didn’t feel safe walking outside, after dark. Very nice breakfast. Fresh, well prepared and delicious. Overall a decent place to stay for the $

For the price, great little hotel. Definitely dated in the halls and the rooms could use minimal tlc. The staff is 12/10 and the breakfast is a sit down with wait staff and made fresh to order!

The room size was fine. The served breakfast and related breakfast staff superb. The house keeping just for request, and don’t do beds or floors is not likable. Also need to check out several days before for medical emergency and they denied to make a credit or any other type of arrangement.

I feel like all of the reviews are fake bots. We stayed at the same hotel - how can people say this is CLEAN and well kept? Everything smelled like mildew. The bathroom looked like it was installed by a child. No caulk in the seams, moldy foam ceiling tiles. No amenities. What’s the point of a kitchenette with no cups or plates or silverware? No trash can? The lights in the whole room and extremely dim. Do not recommend to anyone

I stayed at the building at the entrance of the property separate from the main hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Nice king sized bed. I loved the hardwood floor. Large bathroom with new furnishings. less than mile from the Florida Turnpike. Good value for the visit.

While the staff was friendly and the check-in clerks were so nice. I will say the property itself is very outdated. My room was not in the greatest condition. My bathroom sink was leaking. The bathroom lights were flickering and two were just out. The housekeeping staff never asked if we needed anything. I had to keep asking for more toilet paper and towels for our 9 day stay. Needless to stay the room never got cleaned. Staff was very fast in getting the sink fixed but I feel like it was just so much happening in that room and in the hotel. Our 2nd day we walked out the room and all the exit signs on the 5th floor were literally hanging by a wire. My sister came close to hitting her head on one. None of the staff noticed or reported it. I had to once again let the front desk know that very dangerous signs were hanging and barely holding on. Again, the front desk and dining room staff were amazing but the property in particular I don’t see myself staying again.
