In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, we apply a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $65 covers up to $750 in limited accidental damages. My family and I traveled to this property for a short vacation. This property is exactly like it is pictured. The home was clean, the pool was warm. The home is out of the hustle and bustle of the Orlando traffic however about 20-30 minutes to the parks this is partly because of the traffic in the area. Walmart and public right down the road. It took about 45-50 minutes to make it to International Drive. The only issue that we had was a snake in the pool my husband took the pool cleaning stick and scooped him out and put it in the yard however I was a little scared from that point that another one would be on the patio. Overall a great stay.
