My condo is on the second floor and features a spacious living room with high ceilings, flat screen TV 39", two queen sofas (one sleeper), desk work area and dining area. Central heating/cooling system. Ceiling fan. Hall closet.

Full kitchen a with 4 burner stove, full-sized refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, garbage disposal, complete set of dishes, glassware and cookware, for your convenience.

Laundry area equipped with full-sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Please provide your own laundry detergent.

Master bedrooom is fully equipped with a king-size bed, 50 inch flat screen TV, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower. A hair dryer is provided for your convenience.
The walk-in closet has plenty of room for hanging items. Hangers provided.

Second bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds, flat screen TV 32", ceiling fan and a large walk-in closet. Hangers provided. The bedding for the sofa bed would be found in this closet.

Second large bathroom with bathtub/shower. A hair dryer is provided for your convenience.

- Bed linens for beds and sofa.
- Bath towels.
- Beach towels for pool or anywhere else are NOT provided. Walmart is 1/2 mile away should you need to purchase.
- Towels are not to leave the condo. The loss of a towel involves a payment of $50 each.
- Complimentary items for your first bath (shampoo and soap).
- Complimentary items for your first dish wash.
