Our updated luxury modern design home is located in Calabay Parc, one of the most sought after communities in the Orlando/Disney area. (15 minutes to Disney & 3 miles to Champions Gate) This home provides easy access to the main 1-4 and Highway 27 routes from this upscale community and just minutes away from golf courses, restaurants and shopping.

This luxurious home away from home provides comfortable sleeping accommodations for 10 people which include: a 1st floor King Master Bedroom with a Spa En-suite complete with a garden tub and separate marble walk in shower. 2 additional Queen Bedrooms with each their own En-suites on the 2nd floor, and a Children's Mickey themed Bedroom with two twin beds + another Children's Princess themed Bedroom with two twin beds that incorporate a Jack n Jill shared bathroom w/ tub between these two rooms.

Family entertainment in this home features the serenity of a private pool and spa (both resurfaced in Oct 2017) with 4 new sun loungers, covered lanai with dining table & chairs and extended pool deck. In the living room you'll find a 65" flat screen TV with DVD player, a Play Station 3 with a variety of games including a selection of family board games. The upstairs loft offers a billiard table for continued family fun. FREE high speed Wifi included throughout your stay.

The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with everything needed to prepare a family feast to enjoy in the dining area (seating for 6), dinette (seating for 6) or breakfast bar. There is a fully equipped laundry room with front load washer/dryer.

The unique circular drive at this home offers parking for 4 vehicles to avoid street parking. For added security, there is 24 hour CCTV (closed caption television) surveillance security cameras throughout Calabay Parc Subdivision.

Fred is perhaps the best host a tourist could expect. Everything was top notch. The place was everything a family of 11 could expect, with proximity to Disney. Even during Christmas, it took us less than 30 min to reach any of the parks. The heated pool was a hit among the children. If you have a large family, especially with children, and are planning for Disney or other themed parks nearby, this property should be top of your list. The rating is 10/10 only because the app doesn't let you pick a 11.

Lovely outdoor area- kids loved the pool/hot tub! Had an issue/question and property manager/owner replied very quickly. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

Finally got to the villa after waiting 2 years following covid. Nice property and as the photos looked. Had regular contact with the owner throughout the long booking. Had a slight problem with the front door code being changed, but was sorted straight away. Also had a slight problem with the pool netting, this was also sorted quickly. Enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

Home is beautiful with plenty of room for our family of 9. Close to Disney world. Pool was great. House is very neat and clean and is as described. Would definitely recommend. If we return to the area again we would definitely stay here!!

Beautiful Villa

We had a great time staying in this beautiful (very clean) Villa. The kids loved the pool and pool table upstairs. Very well equipped and in a quiet location. Great to get some peace after the craziness of the parks. Didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again!

Amazing, can’t fault!

Had such an amazing stay at this property. My family previously had a property in calabay parc which we were supposed to stay in however due to covid they ended up selling so we needed to look elsewhere and it didn’t disappoint! The beds were super comfy and all the parks are around 20 miles away on average so not far! However there was a lot of road works which meant the drive was a little longer but it didn’t bother us we just made sure we left enough time. Love how the pool is covered so we had our own privacy and also the check in process was so easy as we didn’t have to pick up any keys. Communication from the owners was great got replies almost straight away if I had any queries before the holiday, luckily didn’t have any whilst we were away! We decided to opt out of the choice for pool heating and we 100% did not need it! It was the perfect temp all holiday (25th April). Would definitely stay here again! *****

Amazing house and friendly owners!

This house was immaculate! More than you can ask for! There was 8 of us total on our trip.. 4 adults and 4 children. Plenty of space, large closets in all the bedrooms, washer/ dryer on site, and loved the fact that we had our own bathrooms. The owners are very quick to respond with any questions. I would highly recommend this house and would definitely book again for a future trip.

Great Rental

Our group included 5 adults and the house was perfect for us. Very clean and great floor plan. Publix and liquor store just outside of the complex. Weather was perfect, spent much of our time on the patio and in the pool. The rental is part of an HOA so there are extra rules to be aware of and also as an fyi a starter roll of paper towels are not provided.

Best Mini Mansion Ever!!!

My stay was the best experience ever the house is so big wide open spaces, it's like family time but , also again privacy . The master suite was phenomenal it was like staying in a mansion so much space the best part was the billiards table, in ground pool! my children enjoyed it all, I enjoyed it all. The kids had their own space the kids were on the 2nd floor and obviously we were on the main floor and it gave us so much privacy and when it came time for dinner we ate together because the kitchen is attached to the dining room and then it's open to the living room so it was just we were within each other's company the whole time the pool was amazing the spot was amazing , the pool area is very secluded there's trees around the pool area it is very private, we enjoyed the grill we enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer the owner is great and responding back in seconds, When we go back to the Florida area ( my kids wanna make this house our new Christmas vacation home) I will definitely be getting this house again.

Beautiful Property!

This property is exactly as the pictures show. Beautiful, clean house, and the screened in outdoor area with pool is gorgeous! Fred and Kerry were excellent in communicating, and quick with responding. I highly recommend this home!

Great location for a more relaxing Disney trip

We had a great stay here, we loved having the pool and extra space. This is a far better value than what you get at a Disney resort. It is a bit of a drive to the parks, but that just gives you some time to unwind from a busy day. For us it was closer to 30 minutes than 15, especially if there was any traffic. We paid for the pool and spa heat and enjoyed some great night swims, even in December.

Better Then We Expected

Our experience was wonderful!! We loved the property and the location was perfect. The house was very spacious for 4 adults and 2 children and contained everything we could possibly need. We had a blast in the pool and hot tub in the evenings and enjoyed patio dinners on the grill. Fred and Kerry were quick to respond with any questions I had and we had great communication leading up to our trip as well. We will definitely book with them again!!

Beautiful Home

This home is as beautiful and clean as the pictures shown. The neighborhood is the quietest we have ever stayed at. The pool area was absolutely fantastic from the privacy shrubs to the outdoor tv. The area is close to anything you would need. We all felt like we were at home and didn't want to leave. I have already checked to see if it was available for our annual October trip and it is, unfortunately, already booked :( I would recommend this home to anyone!!!!

Perfect private getaway

Kerry and Fred first off were the best at responding to any inquiries. The house is very nice and an even better location. The TV outside made it easy to have separation and privacy from others in the home. We would definitely come back again.

The Kids Vacation

We brought our teens and their friends down to Disney and Universal, their friends have never been to Florida and were amazed. We were absolutely awestruck at the home - one of the prettiest we have stayed in. Everything was perfect. The only issue we found is that it would be nice to have some basics at the home like garbage bags, washer tabs, etc. We usually have at least a few to start. Other than that, the property was gorgeous and owners were very responsive and helpful.
