The Space:

Beautiful and spacious home located in the desired luxury Reunion Resort that is gated with 5 bedrooms with your own private pool oasis. New flooring upstairs in all the bedrooms, brand new living room furniture added and free grill (guest have to refill the propane).

Guest Access:

Full villa, pool area, private covered patio, free parking in the front. Garage is off limits.

Access to 3 community pools, as well as access to the fitness center that is a 10 minute walk. The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort Orlando is one of the worlds top holiday resorts, 6miles away from Disneyworld. The resort is adorned by three signature golf courses and boasts a 5 acre waterpark.



Getting Around:

Our home is conveniently located to all attractions in Central Florida and easily accessible by Uber/Lyft.



Other Things to Note:

Newly remodeled interior, brand new flooring upstairs in all bedrooms. New living room furniture, outdoor covered patio, pool fence for safety.



This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 soap (per bathroom).

We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

We expect all guest to maintain the home in the good condition it was found in and make sure to keep clean. Any damages will be charged to the guests. Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am.

Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home unless we give permission.

No parties, no illegal drugs, no pets, and no smoking inside allowed.



POOL HEAT-IMPORTANT

* Pool and spa heat can be available for $45/night-

*Needs 3 days notice prior to arrival to be turned on.

*Pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay, temperature will not exceed 95F.

*Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.

*Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.



Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

We are available by message board, chat, or phone from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

If you reach out after hours, please allow up to 12 hours for us to respond.
