Additional shopping centers, restaurants, and several golf courses are a quick 5 to 10 minutes away. Villa Sol is ideally situated near all the major attractions in Orlando with Disney parks a 15-20 min drive. Over 100 golf courses can be reached in less than a 40-minute drive, the two closest are only 7-9 minutes away. Just 10 minutes from Villa Sol is a leisure center offering Airboat Rides or fishing excursions on East Lake Toho. Cocoa Beach, a wonderful beach on the Atlantic coast (east) with distinct brown sugar sandy beaches, is only a 45-minute drive. Just 90 minutes west, you will come to Tampa and Clearwater on the Gulf of Mexico where you can experience the most beautiful soft white powder sand and gorgeous sunsets from beach restaurants. Fantastic location and wonderful home!

We we fortunate enough to find a perfect location and awesome home for a short stay in the Orlando area to watch our son's High School Football game. We came from Colorado and this property met every need. It was clean and beautiful inside and out. The villa was very well appointed and a lovely base for our family holiday visiting the many theme parks and attractions of Orlando and beyond. Most theme parks were approx 30 mins away. The whole complex/gated community was also very well maintained and we felt at home right away. The air conditioning kept us nice and cool in the Florida heat. The view at the back of this property when sitting at the kitchen table and by the lovely pool area is stunning. On our down days we had fun spotting the wildlife across the lake. The large smart TV had many channels/streaming services available too. The villa is on the flight path to the airport, which we were already aware of, but that did not bother us at all. In summary, we had a fantastic stay and would be happy to return if we visit Orlando in future.

The home at Villa Sol Resort (July 27–Aug 3) was spacious enough for our seven adult guests, but the service and amenities were unacceptable. Before arrival, staff demanded photos of me holding my driver’s license and credit card, even though the unit was fully prepaid. In decades of international travel, we’ve never encountered such an invasive and unprofessional request.There were seven people staying in the house.From day one, the dishwasher was broken. Despite repeated calls and emails, no repair was ever made. Staff dismissed our concerns by pointing out they had provided soap and a sponge, forcing us to hand wash dishes for the entire stay. Parking was another headache: only two cars allowed in the driveway, and no clear guidance for additional vehicles—leaving us under constant threat of being towed.Most concerning was a dangerous four-foot-deep hole near the sewer and sidewalk. One guest fell in but fortunately wasn’t seriously hurt. When reported, staff claimed it was the HOA’s problem instead of addressing the hazard.We chose this property to cook our own meals and enjoy a comfortable stay, but were met with poor service, neglected maintenance, and real safety risks. Based on VRBO’s standards, this property fails to meet expectations, and we cannot recommend it.

Fabulous house and perfect for our family.

This home was perfect for us. The only downside we experienced was the long lines at the front gate to enter. It didn't seem to matter what time of day it was, there was always a line and sometimes it took several minutes for anyone to answer the call button.

Nice house, good location, great view from the pool.

This was a nice place to stay, couch was very comfortable, house was bigger than we needed. Pharmacy and Grocery store nice and close. Had a little trouble with the guard shack, but got it all worked out after a phone call. Property is just south of the airport, so you get some plane flying over from time to time, but didn't really bother us. Would stay here again.

Great Stay in Orlando

This was a great property! It is even nicer than the pictures. Tons of room for the 7 of us. The house was immaculate and close to all the attractions. 20 mins from Disney & the airport. There is even a Walmart Neighborhood Market less than a mile away for all of your grocery shopping. Lots of restaurants close by. We had a great dinner at the Bonefish Grill one night. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay again.
