Additional Info: Pool heating available for $30/day (minimum 3 days). All bedrooms are located upstairs. Upon booking, you will receive a link to the house rules contract. This will confirm that you have read the house rules and ask for your signature. Failure to do so will result in cancellation. Violation of house rules will result in a fee of up to $500 plus the cost to restore property. If damage to the property causes it to be unable to be rented, the cost of lost nights rents will also be incurred.
