The unit was as described! It is a great place to stay if you are spending time in the Orlando area. It took about 20-30 minutes to get to Disney depending on traffic, and there are plenty of restaurants and stores on the way. The complex is secured. My only complaint is that the floors were not quite as clean as I prefer.

My husband and I had a wonderful time here on our honeymoon. It was nice and clean, check-in was easy, we LOVED the washer and dryer, and we had no problems. Five out of five stars, and we would definitely stay here again! :)

Cute place! I enjoyed the pool. The bed was okay (but if you like firm mattresses you’d be comfortable). The shower was a little tricky to get warm water. The place was clean though and we appreciated being close to many attractions.

Comfortable and cozy condo

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. Beds and seating was comfortable. We enjoyed visiting the pool and exercise room. There was some construction noise in the building, however we were gone most of the day so it wasn't an issue. We hope to return some day. Thanks!

Quick trip to Florida

So the condo was great, the host sent all information prior to our stay and i missed some of it, and when i called ingot a response very quickly. Then realized it was my mistake and made sure she new i realized i missed the info...but she was very responsive and the property was perfect for the wife and I to enjoy our trip to Orlando...

I have stayed at many other locations through this app but this one was by far the worse. First off I got an email a few week prior to leaving with a long list of rules and a list of accruel fees if anything was moved in the facility. We had to do part lf the cleaning before leaving leave. Also it was an active construction zone. We had nail guns and saws going rught outside our room at 8am. Pool key was not where it was listed on the the ad and the key was hard to find. Over all not the best experience.

Nice Little Spot for Two Near Everything

We wanted a clean and safe space that wasn't too far of a drive from Disney and Universal, and this place was pretty perfect for our needs. About 30 minutes from both, it was super conveniently located. The building has some pretty standard wear and tear, it’s not brand new, but the unit itself is updated and very clean. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the lock on the door, and that ended up being our only issue during our stay. I also appreciated that the instructions did not require me to do a ton of cleaning myself before checking out. I will say, if the gated community part is important to you, consider discussing with the host beforehand. The gate was up the entire time we were there, and we never actually even had to check in. This is not on the host, as I never felt the need to reach out and let them know, it didn’t really matter to us. But if that’s a key factor for you, there might be an issue with the gate that needs addressed. Overall I’d definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

Great place for 3-4

The property was nice and clean and 30 minutes from Disney and Universal! It was confusing on how it could sleep 4 when we first walked in but quickly saw the sofa was a sleeper. The directions were written and received well. The gate process at first can be a little intimidating. We would definitely stay here for our next girls trip to Disney and Universal. Had everything we needed for our 4 day stay!!

Teresita es la principal razon por la que volveremos a rentar la propiedad, su atencion y disposicion a responder todas nuestras inquietudes.Recomiendo leer todos los mensajes que estan el la propiedad, todo esta perfectamente explicado.La propiedad tiene todo lo que necesita una pareja para su estadia, todo funciona en perfecto estado, todo nuevo.El barrio es seguro y muy tranquilo, con vigilancia permanente y muy bien ubicado con respecto a los parques de Disney, tiene supermercados muy cerca.Nos sentimos como en casa, y seguro volveremos.Una recomendacion a los proximos huespedes... cuiden y mantengan la propiedad porque es realmente hermosa.

Kissimmee getaway.

The property is in a good location. Easy to get to stores and restaurants. The Apartment was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Water pressure In The shower was great. Our biggest disappointment, was the mattresses . Both on the bed and the sofa bed. The mattress in the main bedroom was stiff as a board. With an upgraded mattress I would give a rating of 5 stars.

Nice little apartment/condo to stay at close enough to Disney world. Instructions to enter the unit was very explicit and easy to fallow. We found it hard to get out into the flow of traffic as it’s a busy area. The condo is quiet. Great WiFi and TV when we watched it. I’d recommend leaving dishwasher detergent and salt.
