Waterview luxury condo in gated resort close to theme parks with NO RESORT FEES!

Private gated resort is located only short drive from Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme park with abundant shopping at Champion's Gate Shopping center close-by. Unit is located a short walk from the resort's private beach and lakeside dock.

Relax on the beautiful grounds with 4 luxury heated pools, dedicated children’s splash pad water play area, tennis/pickleball court, covered, barbeque area with gas grills, day spa, fishing dock and private sand beach with hammocks, padded loungers and sunshades. Stay active on miles of walking trails surrounded by a nature preserve (be sure not to get close to the baby alligators, numerous birds, turtles or other wildlife within the resort as they are protected by law). Guests are welcome to bring their own tennis and pickleball equipment. Shuffleboard equipment is available to use free of charge. The resort also offers electric vehicle charging. Bahama Bay is presently rated on TripAdvisor with four stars and it is recognized as one of the nicest locations in Central Florida.

The on-site Cenote Day Spa offers a variety of luxurious massages, facials nails and body treatment by appointment.

Our condo features numerous amenities, beautiful views and the three bedrooms sleep up to 8 people comfortably on two queen beds with upgraded memory foam mattresses, two twin sized beds plus a sleeper sofa in the livingroom. The two full-sized bathrooms each include a shower and 2nd bathroom shower features low step in height.

Interior furnishings, décor and appointments have been upgraded to Wyndham platinum level for a very comfortable stay and enhanced appearance. New solid surface flooring provides an upscale feel.

The two sliding glass doors in the living room and master suite open onto screened-in balconies with beautiful water views. The second floor location provides greater privacy and superior views.

If you decide to enjoy a meal in the condo, the fully equipped kitchen makes it easier with a variety of cooking utensils, plates, glassware and cutlery. Equipment includes full sized refrigerator and oven. Order groceries and consumables via Instacart, Walmart or other app to have them delivered to your door. Use the blender to make your favorite cocktail to enjoy on the private patio. Poolside delivery of food of your choice is available via Uber Eats or other service.

NO ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES!!!

The washer and dryer provides an easy way to launder any clothing if you choose. We do have a No Pets and no smoking policy. Unit includes baby high chair at no charge.

This property is simply beautiful! The home was decorated perfectly and the rooms are big! Everything we needed was there. Brandon was an attentive host. Parking was right outside. The view of the lake-awesome!

We had such a wonderful time in this condo. We were there for a month and it really felt like home. Good atmosphere!

We enjoyed our stay even tho the weather was cold. Just a short walk to the pool and restaurant (good food) close to Publix and other food places. Had a few areas with cleaning issues but host was prompt to get it resolved. Would stay here again. Beds were very comfortable! Unit was roomy, kitchen had what we needed.

Stayed with children and grandchildren, nice roomy condo. Traveled with 4 adults and 2 small children. Condo was roomy that accommodated all of us. Location in the resort was perfect, walking distance to pool/ restaurant. Location of resort was great, near all theme parks, shopping and restaurants.

Overall the listing was exactly as it said it was. There was an issue with the washing machine but the host sorted it for us and was so easy to communicate with. The property was perfect for our family of 5 and we would definitely stay here again.

Overall Nice Stay

Enjoyed staying in this nice 3 bdrm unit. Great views and location to pools and resturants. The beds were comfortable and no problems throughout our stay. The unit was clean however, the carpets could of used some cleaning before our arrival, and the vacuums didn't work very well. Overall though it was a nice stay and would do it again!

We wanted to stay away from the mania of International Drive and big hotels, this was the perfect solution. Roomy condo, everything we needed within it. 4 pools, a beach beside a lake, a restaurant. On average 25 minutes from Disney. 1.5 hours from Cocoa Beach, we managed to see 3 rocket launches from Bahama Bay (just check where East is and find a clearing)

Overall

Overall it was in a great location, nice area, nice resort close to shopping and attractions. Amenities within resort were great and very kid friendly. The unit had a musty smell throughout our stay but we had fans on etc to mask the smell. All Pillows could use upgrading and not many towels so we were constantly doing laundry. Lots of blankets available. Would definitely consider booking again.
